I have been saying it for months, our focus will be on fitness, stamina, and workrate. Technical abilities and Creativity comes second to that.

It is an interesting take of the game, and we will win Serie A with brute force and strength.

Ideally, it would be better for us to get a strong with high workrate DM, but you can't expect us to drop Cambiasso, so Cambiasso and Zanetti can just rotate to be the DM of our team.

And I just love to see Guarin in that AM role, hacking those deep lying playmakers like Pizarro and Pirlo down before they can pull a pass off.

Have we ever seen a coach here focus so much on fitness?

I believe Rafa also put a lot of emphasis on fitness. But a lot of his fitness training was in the gym, which resulted in a lot of heavy muscles, tiredness and injuries on the pitch.

Mazzarri seems to be doing the right thing with most of his fitness training being with the ball. Lets hope this "works out".

We don't look bad at all. Chelsea is much much more expencive team from us and still we had some nice chances trough Guarin, Palacio, Ricky ...

With quality RWB who will allow Nagatomo to turn left because Pereira is very bad and with at least one quality midlefielder because Cambiasso is far from professional footbal player at the moment we could be serious CL contenders in serie A.

If we get a good CDM and RWB, Mazza could sneak us into the EL next season. And if our key players stay healthy. Anything more than that is setting yourself up for disappointment.

Mazza is a solid coach, even though I hate 3-man defenses and wing-backs, but he's not gonna squeeze blood from a stone. Without adequate midfield reinforcements, it' going to be a long season.

Give this man what he wants. I can see some good things but still the needs are painfully obvious.

I'm willing not to bitch about including youngsters in any deal that could bring what Mazzarri is looking for, specially in the Taider negotiations. While in the perfect world they get a chance at Inter, I don't really think that will ever change, they are not going to get the proper chance, might as well give the coach what he wants.

I believe in Mazzarri getting the results, ultimately thats what Inter is always about, but he needs help.

Zuniga is playing good right now against Arsenal, I wish he would come here, but he also needs those Insigne/Hamšik/Callejon (and other good passers) type of players so he can advance easily

Cambiasso's contract runs till next summer. Also, it's not Mazzarri to decide Cambiasso's contract extension, since it will be sharing the salary to many years if Cuchu gets extended.

Are you actually being fucking serious? Strama could have snuck us into the EL last season with that.. injuries and all. To sack him only to replace him with someone who does little better and doesn't even develop our youth is fucking ridiculous.


If we're not top 3 next season, Mazzari deserves to be sacked, plain and simple. We've altered our team to please him, basically went to year -2 on our 'youth project' [from year 0.5 with Strama]. Funny thing is, we won't be anywhere near the top 3.
