i see most of you have maicon in the lineup..i think he'll leave this summer and i think he wants to leave...and lately he has been below average...

No, he's not been poor lately, quite the contrary. He's been amazing, both defensively and offensively. While I do agree he started this season on a bad note, I can not help my shaking head when I read what you wrote.
That being said, I would not mind another Zlatan-esque deal, with big bags of gold to us, and Santon on RB + Kolarov on LB.

if maicon leaves we'll bring in kolarov which gives us kolarov and chivu on the left and santon and zanetti on the right....no need to bring in 2 fullbacks

chivu is not a left back and zanetti has become better in midfield, not to mention he will be 37 next year, and fullback is not a position 37 year olds should be playing

^ Santon will shift over to right and share duties with Zanetti in the case of Maicon leaving.

But I doubt he will leave now, maybe if we had gone out in the round of 16 in the CL again, but now we are a CL force again I think he will stay. Besides Maicon in "mediocre" form as some of you guys say he is, is still much better than alot of RBs.

If Maicon leaves (), we need 2 fullback. Santon on the right has always played poorly and lately is seems to be kind of a fragile.

There's no way that we don't get a new right fullback if Maicon leaves.

Zanetti (37 years old), Chivu (not his role), Kolarov (not sure), Santon (injury prone, playing better on the left)?.

We have been linked to Sagna in the past who is a more than decent RB same with Eboue, also there's Rafinha at Schalke if we do sell Maicon we could easily get a handy replacement and still have some cash splash.

You guys rate Eden Hazard? I think he would be great for any team and he looks ready for the big leagues like Serie A, La Liga and Premier League. With him and Sneijder, paired with your great defence would look sexy. Imo you need another DM, I don't rate Motta (that's just my personal opinion, maybe you guys find him better) - I've heard you've been linked with Lass'? How much truth is there to the rumour? Anyway, I think he would do great at your club.

Maicon must stay. There is something in that Brazilian fullbacks, they can play on highest level with 34-35 (Cafu, R.Carlos). Zambrotta was finished with 30.

I suggest one man out between Cordoba and Matrix with Ranocchia and Bonucci in.
