Zlatan Ibrahimovic says he 'feels young' and he is eager to take responsibility when hard times will come.
The Swede scored a goal and delivered an assist in Milan's 2-1 win at Udinese.
“It’s a good goal, but it was more important to win, so it’s a three-pointer goal,” Ibrahimovic told DAZN.
“It was a very difficult match, but we proved that we work, suffer and stick together. In difficult moments is when you see the team all working together in the right way. We all want the ball when there’s a chance, all 11 of us think we are right in that moment. The team is doing really well, we believe in something.
“We’re one of the youngest squads in Europe, despite me raising the average a bit, but they make me feel young. They are so hungry, so eager, never satisfied in the match or in a training session.
“I’ll take on the pressure and responsibility, they don’t need to feel that. I will take care of it, they just have to work, believe and follow our path. Difficult moments come for everyone, that’s part of the season, but the important thing is to keep thinking positive.”
Can Milan go for the Scudetto?
“Things are going well, but as I said a few weeks ago, we take it one game at a time. Every match is like a Final, then we’ll see where we end up. There are collective and individual targets, we’ll see what happens.
“I hope that soon the fans can come back into the stadium so they can see their Milan up close, because we play for them and want to share this adventure with them.”
