This thread should be in La Grande Inter
Not the only reason, but the main. That's how it all started. Unless the Barca fans are lying, reading their forums/blogs after the eto/Ibra swap, i learned that.
So now GdS also reports that BBC story of 21m€ transfer fee.

They also say that with bonuses it could rise to 27m€.
Oh christ what a failure.

black, who are these experts you are talking about? I don't remember reading any posts recently who has put a blame on Eto'o?
So what were those lenghty negotiations about and how the two teams still couldnt reach a price? Does this mean that Anzhi offered even less than 20m with their first offer? If this value is true and if it is a compromise between the two clubs I wonder how much Inter asked for him to beginwith...
I honestly dont think it was wise for Moratti to do that interview and reveal Inter's financial troubles. It gave Anzhi the upper hand when it came down to negotiations...
Also it's kinda weird how Etoo agreed personal terms so quickly even when his salary wasnt that much of a raise compared to what he was earning at Inter. Does anyone else think that Moratti may have asked Etoo to take a paycut before the Anzhi deal came along?
Countless number of ppl have all put his head on the chopping board since the very first day of this transfer debacle. Weather it was slandering him saying he was money hungry, or that he was a mercenary, or that he initiated the transfer as he asked for a pay rise. There were also many ppl who tried the same BS with me when I posted that our club was to blame for releasing Eto'o, and that we settled for selling him, as we couldn't get rid of our deadwieght.I don't need to name names...there is no need for that, but they should know who they are.

6 million difference are indeed not much of a difference if you take into consideration that it's the same difference of Eto'o's price and PSG's demanded price for Milito.............Whether it's 21mil or 27mil doesn't make much of a difference.
