I guess who will be the part-exchange youngsters? i hope not Krhin, or at least not finally sale.

I want to trade 50 % of youngsters right, we sucked the 100 % sale of Bonucci last summer. He is worth now 10x.

Considering Ranocchia's height and the situation of Materazzi (minutes, age, height...), he will be Matrix's heir.

Well, it's undeniable Cordoba and Materazzi are club legends by now. But somehow this thing has to be solved and my belief is it will be solved. We really need the fresh blood to our backline and we need it now.

Materazzi is not useless, he acts as a father figure for younger players. Cordoba is not maybe as much like that but he's surely as respected as Matrix. Hard to say how they will deal with this.

Make them Matrix part of the coaching staff (he never fing plays)..... he wants to be a father figure... there that fixes the problem of paying him an insane wage for not playing !!!!

Cordoba sell him to Man City and offer him a job at Inter when he retires in 1-2 years.

I dont think our current CBs are all that great I wouldn't mind getting rid of all of them because to me they are all weak links especially insanely injury prone over rated Chivu.

All our center backs are weak links :howler:. Have you watched Inter prior to 2005/2006? Maybe it'll make you rethink twice. We have a very solid and consistent crop of center backs, apart from an occasional Lucio howler, who obviously has some other attributes to compromise his errors.

Ignore him. Zapata is the only competent defender in the world.

Just read that Panucci terminated his contract with Parma today for "personal reasons." What do you think are the odds he turns up back at Inter and plays in the middle of the back next weekend? :D

Ashley Cole is considering quitting Chelsea believing he is being hammered in their crackdown on sleaze.

The England left-back is already on collision course with the Blues after last night vowing to fight their attempts to make an example of him by imposing a £200,000 fine.

But Mirror Sport also understands that, far from fearing the club’s threats to transfer list him, Cole could make the decision to quit the Premier League and play abroad to escape what he believes has been his relentless persecution.

Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan have already been touted as three major clubs that would welcome the full-back with open arms if Chelsea’s billionaire owner Roman Abramovich follows through with his threat to axe him.

But Ashley Cole cost a lot, and remember that he is 29 years old and it's his last 2 seasons in the top. I prefer in this Money buy Hamsik or Cesc.

Maybe you laugh, But after De-Silvestri's game in Munich, I think that it's will be good to get him if we lose Maicon, When Santon still in LB. De-Silvestri is not only good defender, He is also young Italian.

so, If Maicon leave, I want to see it:
De-Silvestri----Lucio----Samuel/Chivu/(Ranocchia?)----Santon
Subs is: one or two from these - Samuel/Chivu/(Ranocchia?) and Cordoba, Materazzi and Caldirola (last option, when he get some minutes for help him for his future).

LDS is not that good yet, imo. I've watched him a lot and, while he's strong and fast and a great athlete, he's got a lot of growing to do in terms of actual footballing ability, both physically and mentally -- he would be completely at sea if you asked him to replace Maicon.

I have always liked Criscito. However I may be a little biased because he is Italian...

While A.Cole is one of the best in his position no doubt, but why would Inter give a green light for a 20 million rated englishman , when we have Kolarov who is more than willing to follow his friend Pandev here, he is way younger and have still enormous room to improve, he costs half compared to Cole and is proven in Serie A already..Santon, Kolarov at fullbacks, Ranocchia in the centre in 2010..add Coutinho coming in as a sub to give a breather to Sneijder and there you have our future my fellow interista :)

Criscito would be great a great buy for us imo. We have a good relationship with genoa on the transfer market which could help us.

He is very solid defensively and is good on the attack, even chips in some goals. He's only 23 and Italian which to me is very important. A backline with santon criscito and ranocchia would make alot of people happy.

Cole would obviously be a great addition to the team but he is a quick fix. if we invest in criscito or even kolarov we'd have a LB for many years.

as LB we need a player like Tremoulinàs.

Well.. I would rather sign Kolarov and spend a bit more money, than sign someone who is not experienced or so.. We could swap any player and some money to sign Kolarov, because he is just awesome as LB, and could be very useful player in big matches.
