Amadou Diawara’s agent slams Bologna for refusing to let his client leave the club.

The midfielder has been linked with Valencia, but the Rossoblu are allegedly demanding too high a fee for the 18-year-old.

“The deal with Valencia went on for three months,” Daniele Piraino raged in an interview with Zerocinquantuno.

“Their director general [Jesús García] Pitarch came to Milan three times and was never able to meet with the CEO [Claudio] Fenucci.

“The deal was finally cracked when Pitarch came to Bologna, and even then he found the club unwilling to discuss.

“To date, Bologna have rejected the most concrete offer - more than €10m.

“As for the alleged bonus Diawara would receive, no proposed adjustment has come close to the salary of a player who the club values at €20m.

Banega won't play every minute of every game, plus we have EL. He'd get a decent amount of PT and be ready to take over for Banega when need be

Yeah I just think we could also for example use Eder in that position or we could switch to 4-3-3 with Brozovic could play RCM with K-dog LCM (although not ideal). My question would really be the price, I just prefer we not spend a ton on back ups.

This is a fairly reasonable price, but as others have mentioned, he is the same type of player as Banega.

The only way I see this working is if we drop Banega down to a CM in a 4-2-3-1, which is a terrible idea.
