Tonali is a must buy. Let's hope our new young Italian core can persuade/bully him to join us.

Don't have one.
Get ready for some xhaka rumours, :D he didn't apologies after the incident he had couple of days ago, and apparently he changed his arsenal captaincy profile pic from instagram. Perfect storm for some hack journalist to write everything is agreed, we just need yes from arsenal.:D

Why is the Players Suggestion thread closed?

I would stay away from Xhaka, he sounds like expensive trouble. Don`t need another Shaqiri here.

Yes, Tonali with Barella and Sensi would look sexy. Makes sense to book him before juBe snatches him.

But for January, I say make the best of the available opportunities: sign Vidal on loan as he can pass & score as well as fight for the ball. Matic should be available for cheap and Conte has already worked with both of them. Rakitic still sounds expensive for his age. Would rather buy Tonali in summer for 30-35m.

PS: SMS / Christian Eriksen are top of my list, but it doesn`t seem realistic at this point.

Italian "journalists" are too busy selling Sensi and Toro to Barcelona.

Always great to see a young player getting playing time in a demanding position. It's hard to say if he'll truly become world class, but he does ooze natural talent, he knows where to pass, he knows how to hold on to the ball. He doesn't seem the one to dribble a lot like Kova did, but he still has different ways of getting out of danger.

Now it's all about how he develops mentally and also his body. I don't think he'll lose a lot if he gets really bulkier. I don't believe we'll get him this winter, maybe next summer, but his price might triple by then.

Tonali would be between us and RuBe.

I really want Van De Beek tho... I don’t think we’ll be able to get both.
Idk I rather have VDB.

Tonali does look fucking mature for his age. Definitely one we should go for.

Kulusevski would be a great signing, he's strong and technical don't think we got the ball off him once but does he have an end product?

Tonali would be the vice Brozovic we desperately need but I don't want us to ruin him by putting him as a rotation option.

Now we see that our midfield lacks creativity without Sensi. So we need a direct replacement for Sensi, someone who can create things for other players. Van de Beek is a great player and will become world class but isn't the creative midfielder we are looking for, he is more a box to box player who needs someone who can pass the ball so he can make his runs and score goals.

I'm hoping we can get a loan deal for Rakitic this winter and if we sell Vecino/Gags maybe we can get Vidal also. That would be an inmense upgrade of our current midfield. Then we can evaluate our options in the summer without being in a hurry and making stupid transfers or overpaying. I'm hoping we will get our transfers done BEFORE the EC because after everyone who was good will be 10/15M more expensive.

I'm hoping we can get Thiago Almada coming summer, he would be the perfect addition to the squad.

Matic is one of the best options we can find as a Brozo sub. Do you have any idea how much he is going to cost?

For January, Matic+Vidal/Rakitic on loan would be great. Then for the summer we can focus on long-term solutions.

I think his contract expires next summer, so something around 5-10mln should be enough. But with Ed Woodward , there is nothing certain. Most probably he'll start with 40mln demand or swap Lautaro with.

I think inter would prefer a long term solution to brozovic who can develop while he's still here. If such an option isnt available in January then I can see matic being a decent move.

Matic/Rakitic loan (or low fee/contract for 2 years) in the winter, already securing Tonali for the summer.

Seems horrendously premature to be hearing about Tonali in every post.

Anyway, according to Calciomercato, Sensi's agent Giuseppe Riso flew to Barcelona yesterday. They speculate Riso is either there to talk about Sensi, as Barca have repeatedly been linked to him in addition to Lautaro and Skriniar (massive fuck off Barca). FCBarca will probably have a better idea than us how concrete their rumoured interest is, maybe he can help us out with some info.

Or, they suggest Riso is acting as an intermediary on behalf of Inter for any potential Rakitic/Vidal deal.

As far as I'm concerned, all 3 of our guys are not for sale under any circumstances at this stage. Seems hardly fair to go to the negotiating table asking for Rakitic/Vidal while all our assets are off limits, but it is what it is - you simply can't compare how important those guys are to us, with Barca's bench players.

Naturally, I would prefer Vidal over Rakitic, but the report claims Barca are more open to selling Rakitic than Vidal.

Inter, the truth behind Sensi's agent Giuseppe Riso's trip to Spain

Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi’s agent, Giuseppe Riso, is in Spain, but there is no meeting scheduled with interested party Barcelona, according to a report from Calciomercato.com.

The report details that whilst the 24-year-old Italian does like the Blaugrana, the reason behind Riso’s journey to Spain wasn’t to meet with Barcelona, but instead was to see the national team play.

The former Sassuolo midfielder had an incredibly strong start to this season with the Nerazzurri, scoring three goals and providing four assists in his first nine Inter appearances. However, he suffered a tear in the abductor muscle against Juventus earlier last month and hasn’t played for Inter since.

He is likely to return either tomorrow in Inter’s league clash against Bologna or next week for the Nerazzurri’s trip to Dortmund in the Champions League. His performances with Inter have seen him attract a lot of attention from around Europe, including the Blaugrana.

Sensi would be a bench player at Barcelona so obviously would make zero sense to make such move. All that shit is just press speculum, probably Barcelona aren't that interested.

Tonali is a player we need to lay foundation for the transfer right now. First with the player, then with Cellino.
