Nah, I’m the biggest advocate for staying positive and not being pessimistic fucks but when it comes to our two starting strikers there is nothing to be positive about. They’re both useless fucks. Not good enough to play for this shirt.

Not sold on David or Isak personally. Neither is worth their respective asking price. If scamacca is a done deal then we should also target Dybala. Pair Toro with Dybala as starters and Scamacca and Correa off the bench. Rotate Dybala and Correa as needed given their injury history. Onboarding Dybala has the double beneift of a) weakening Juve and b) having a flair/creative player of the highest level who is comparable to the level of strikers we once had in terms of carrying the team in difficult moments.

That would be a really good attack but i am afraid it's too good to be true. I don't think we can afford both Scamacca and Dybala without selling Lautaro. Also offloading Dzeko would be quite costly.

For me the most likely scenario for next season is either Lautaro/Correa - Scamacca/Dzeko or Dybala/Correa - Scamacca/Dzeko.

Dybala with correa probably staying would be the most idiotic thing ever. Two unbelievable liabilities, in which case we are searching for the new caicedo come january of next year.

Dybala and Correa will probably be injured at the same time, leaving us with Toro-Scamacca duo and no subs on the bench.

Also with Dybala's form for the last two seasons plus his current issues with injuries, I don't think signing him will mean weakening juventus.

I starting to realize all the really good options are out of Inter's price range. The choices are: maybe they'll be good and hopefully become very good and/or what a talent, hope their injury history doesn't continue.

Isn’t this Correa’s worst ever season for injuries? I don’t think we can expect him to miss 70% of matches every season.

Dybala on the other hand is a different story. If he wasn’t injury prone we probably wouldn’t even be in the running.

As a professional athlete, he pulled his hamstring on a jokingly executed half assed piggyback ride, and he is out for two months. Don't want to gamble with those odds, tbh.

Tuttosport :giggle:: Inter are reviving their interest in Marcus Thuram, while Atletico Madrid continue to monitor Lautaro Martinez.

Thuram has a €45m clause included in his contract, but Inter are unwilling to offer as much, also considering the striker’s knee issues.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri had offered €20m plus €5m add-ons in 2021.

His contract is expiring in 2023.

As much as Lautaro has disgraced himself this season, Thuram seems like such a red flag. Knee injuries aside, no one even can even say what position he is or if he’s even good.

Between Thuram, Correa, Dybala, Sanchez, 36 year old Dzeko, we’ll be playing with Ranocchia falso nueve by November next season.

Thuram is a wing forward. In our system his position is secondary striker. Decent player who has some very useful traits. Fast, good dribbling, good in the air. But he had a recent knee injury, he lacks consistency and he hasn't played much this season. He could become a good squad player but it doesn't make sense to go for him when you already have Correa. Unless he's a real bargain (less than 10m) he's not worth it.

Yep, I like his characteristics and it's what we desperately need in our team. But not sure if he is the right person.

But we really need someone with those traits you mention.

In a world where Scamacca costs over 40 million, Thuram even for 10-15 will be a bargain. Which player can come for under 10 million nowadays? In all his time in Bundesliga he played 97 games, scoring 26 and assisting 21 goals.

I wrote it for months, for that money we really should get him. Just look at our current strikers and with spending over 40 millions for Scamacca there will not be so much money left for another striker and we definitely need two, if Lautaro gets sold even more.

I put in his goal from last week, the goal is around 4:00 minutes. Btw at around 8:25 Ginter scored the winner, but it was called offside, just for you guys to know because we were interested in that dude, too.

Hi guys!

Im against Scamacca for 40m, I think he is still too raw and he is already 23y. I dont see he got that right mentality to play toptop level? Too big of a gamble. 40m is serious money.

I rather see us go for Belotti for free. I though Lautaro could be like Immobile was under Inzaghi, but now we know thats not the case. I know Belotti is no Immobile but is much closer to that profile and is much mature and complete than Scamacca. I also think Lautaro-Belotti duo would be decent enough to fight for scudetto if we get better midfield player to replace Barella! I can see Belotti get that 15-20 goals under Inzaghi and Dzeko to be supersub. Who knows maybe Lautaro-Belotti duo can have better chemistry than Lautaro-Lukaku had?

Im also against Dybala and I think he will go for Barcelona or stay at Juve. He is just milking last big deal of his career and all those injuries… oh boy!

My second option would be Jovic for loan for year or two? Of course he would have to take big salary cut if he want to come Inter… But again he got that Immobile profile witch works in Inzaghi system and we have good records with Madrid ”flops”.

I cant see any of Sanchez, Dzeko or Correa to leave in summer. Lautaro is most likely and im ok with that if we get good offer?

What I want to see and what I think we lack the most is that tall technical midfield player like Milinkovic-Savic, who controls midfield and can help more of our strikers! Pogba is also free and knows Marotta :einstein:

I also would like to see proper DM who can give more cover than Brozo can against big teams! Marseille Kamara might be good option for free?

So I would focus more to our midfield than attackers, eaven though we now lack goals!
