If Nandez was good enough he wouldn’t have played in Serie B last season. It’s not like he’s some promising youngster either. He’s 27. Pass.

So suddenly Serie B aren't professional players anymore? Also you can't just build a team of world class players, especially if you have money issues. This would be a good transfer for us.

Nandez would be workhorse on the right that wouldn't be a starter for us, but would at least be available most of the time. That's the type of Rolando/Darmian unassuming player that could surprise.

After that we will see if Dumfries is actually sold or not and if Buchanan or somebody else is brought to start for us.

I saw that City want 25mln for Cancelo. I know that his salary is big, but it we can sell Dumbfries and replace him with Cancelo, I'd be satisfied.
He is currently on loan at Barca and they want to keep him, but they want to reduce these 25mln as well. So, there is a chance.

Cancelo has a problem of attitude, he is too selfish to play for a team like this. He couldn't accept that in some games he was a rotation player for City, that's why he left.

The problem is that we don't have anywhere to put him. It's easier to put a veteran in the squad that doesn't mind sharing minutes than a younger player like Scalvini.

Having Pavard-Scalvini or Bastoni-Scalvini just feels like FIFA career bs, one of the players would not play enough to want to be here.

I've seen Scalvini to play everywhere in Atalanta's defense, so there won't be a problem to slot him.

The question is shall we go for him at all, due to his insane price tag (at least 50mln). Boungiorno is also a decent talent and will be cheaper.

Scalvini can definitely be the guy in the middle with Bastoni and Pavard.

Benefits here is that all three can move forward and obviously they'd be taking turns, so it'd be something if you have 3 players on from the back 3 that can do that.

They both have contracts till 2025 so i don't think there will be any changes there. Based on Djalo rumour they will probably bring him as Pavard backup, move Darmian back to rwb and send Bisseck on loan (or even keep him as lwb option). No space for another reinforcement without a big sale.

I don't know if this is against the trend on FIF, but Scalvini is WAY overrated IMO. Neat and tidy on the ball, but defenders need to DEFEND if they come for big money (which he would), and he doesn't convince me in that capacity at all.
