Good Loan

I think at the moment we made the BEST decision regarding Adriano.
Kudos to INTER management. ;)

PS: Can't wait to see Balotelli in action more! No need to spalsh on Benzema [yet] they both need to develop and show consistency :D

Every word in cloudq's post is correct.

Puma, if Mancini allows Adri to be the boss, he will ruin the discipline of the whole team. Adri was doing perfectly well and even scored when he was substituted. What did he do then? He even refused to shake Mancio's hand, its that hand that writes his name on the starting 11.

Adri wants everything to be done around him, which cant happen if he isnt in Ballon d'or form, take Ibra for eg. Mancini praises him to the sky. To be very frank I've noticed this kind of behaviour in every Brazilian footballer and I dont like it at all.

I dont think anyone of us would want Mancio to bow down to his players especially those who love the occassional drinking binge and loss of form. Its not easy to fail so miserably when you have soo much talent and love from the club. Adri has managed to do that and if he keeps this up, for me he will be in the same class as Fatnaldo. He will be Fatriano.

In my opinion, it does not matter how much Adriano's condition improves or how many goals he scores for Sao Paulo. I believe these considerations count for very little when you take into consideration the breakdown of the relationship between Adriano and Mancini.

We all know how stubborn Mancini is. Adriano may return to being one of the world's most feared strikers but Mancini will not back down and it is for that reason I fear Adriano's return to Milan. There is every chance, even if his form warrants a starting place alongside Zlatan, that Mancini will simply disregard and leave Adriano in the stands. If such were to happen, Adriano will be a broken player and the rehabilitation and 6 month loan spell in Brazil will count for nothing.

That is why I believe all the talk of weight loss and improved condition counts for very little and even if Adriano starts reasserting himself on the pitch, the fact remains that Adriano is unhappy at the way Mancini has treated him and Mancini claims to either not know what is happening with Adriano or voices a wait and see approach.

Essentially, what I am trying to say is that as long as Mancini is Inter coach, Adriano, regardless of form, will be a periphery figure. The relationship between player and coach has broken down and they appear to have ireconciliable differences.

Best of luck Adri! We will be keeping a very close on eye you.

Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.

Mancini demands certain things from his players: professionalism, dedication and hard work. Whenever Adriano has fulfilled these requirements, he has been played. Then he ruined it all for himself. I don't know him, but perhaps he's the kind of person that never realizes Mancini had nothing to with Adriano's downfall. And if he does, I'm sure it won't be in a long time. I hope Adriano can find his form and return to us, but he has to prove himself for Mancini. However, I don't think he has realized this and therefore he'll probably never convince Mancini. Adriano simply lacks the professionalism it seems.

Mancini is a dead serious coach, something which you absolutely have to be to coach at the highest level. Do you think Ferguson, Wenger and Capello would've accepted it? They would've sold him a long time ago.

When Adriano was on form, the other strikers were forced to play a by-role, soemthing which they probably didn't appreciate very much, but they never make a fuzz and ruined their own chances like Adriano. Adriano had a hard time after his father's death, but he showed he couldn't cope with it. Now, more than two years have gone. Let's hope this is his definite revival.

If he becomes the Adriano of some years back, Mancini will never put him in the stands.

I wonder who that girl is! I really hope that is his partner! Shame that today no other club would even pay 25% of what he was worth 2 seasons ago!

I remember the times when Madrid was ready to roll 50 Mil. Euros on Adri. Sad to see such a talented talent wasted. I think the fact that Sir Moratti trusts some great players and give them greater wages only gives us big disadvantages. (Adriano, Vieira...).

Yeah I saw the article too, though i have no idea what they are saying.

http://ego.globo.com/ENT/Noticia/So...44,00-RONALDO+E+ADRIANO+NA+NOITE+CARIOCA.html

As expected, I see Fatnaldo right next to him. No wonder Fatty wanted to go to Brazil in hurry, he missed his partyfriend.

Maybe Adriano was just having a beer, I don't care anymore. I just hope that they both don't mention Moratti anymore and disgust me.

Him having a few drinks on the weekend isnt an issue lads, I imagine most of the team went out and celebrated after the derby last night. So long as we dont hear reports from Sao Paolo that he's missed training or is gaining weight, he should still be allowed some freedom.

I checked it up, and Skol is a Brazilian beer, but who cares? It's a 0,33l box. Before he was pictures with booze half-naked. He has made progress, we have to give him that. A beer now and then doesn't do much harm, especially not during the holidays.

As long as it doesnt affect his game, he can drink it.

But what will happen is this, "I was in Brazil, it brought back memories of my father, I drank to overcome it, Mancini doesnt understand that."
