Yeah, what a fucking bummer of a clearance attempt. Right after Ranocchia tried to clear the ball with a header. Go and watch Rano's clearing attempt, wonder where he thought to get the ball if he hit the header? (clue: it wouldn't have been out of penalty area, not even close).

But Kolarov was actually pretty okay in this match apart from the poor clearance in the goal. He hasn't played in this new setup with the lower defensive line before. I think he should be used against poorer opponents (like Viola was yesterday), we can't overuse Bastoni. He's still a young kid and isn't used to this level of burden. He will make mistakes if we overuse him (he was awful against Roma).

To be fair, you can't accuse him of being biased about who he creates goals for. He has created goals for us too.

Not a total garbage, he used the space well which opened when Zlatan got off. But his efforts with the ball weren't great and of course he was the one not being able to contain Zlatan in that goal, allowing the shot through his legs (though it was a super poorly played from the whole team, that second ball after the corner/freekick dunno which one it was).
