been.

The trouble is – as fans of Calcio Italia magazine will learn in the near future when an exclusive interview with the Uruguayan ace is published in our January edition – Recoba doesn’t seem too disappointed with how his career has panned out.

I agree...this is the thing that is really sick...he never had the mentality to make it big.

I think that blog was harsh, but I can't call it unfair. His left foot is among the best that has ever played football, and yet has nothing but money. What a shame.

Owen and Aimar are far from the type of mercenary that Recoba has been throughout his career. Shame on you for even comparing.

I mean he is the same style of player cause always get hurt but got a lot of talent.

The blog wasnt harsh, Recoba has been saying a lot of shit about Inter and Mancini.

Professional reply by Mancini.
It seems normal that when a player spends time on the bench he has a few more issues with the Coach

He didn't exactly take a wack at Mancio as the sites claim, all he said that he came in a lucky period or time, but didn't say that he won matches by luck and only managed to win trophies by luck

Karim, I'm sure you have heard the saying where there is smoke, there's fire. If Recoba did not say anything negative about Mancio, I doubt the media would fabricate all these articles regarding it. Chino isn't Moratti's little angel, he knows he won't return to Inter and has some stress he wants to get off his chest. We're playing him this week and he wants revenge, somehow.
So be it. Finger pointing on his crappy career is such a shame. Mancio may be 'lucky' for coming at the right period. I rather be lucky than have all that talent and not use it at all - maybe it's better to be lucky than talented, right Chino?

As the saying goes you make your own luck. Mancini has made the most of what he has been given the same can't be said about little chino. Sore loser that's what this is about.

Cordoba says in tonights interview after the Torino game:

"Recoba came into the changing room to say hello and he stayed for a while. He's an Inter man; after so many years he has black and blue in his blood. Luckily, he came on when it was 3-0."

maybe he's right,we will never know what would have happened if he had started :p .....but his blood is black-and-blue so i don't think he would have scored just because of this fact :D

And what Recoba said about Mancini is completely true. If opinions can be true... :undecide:

you need to remember that Moratti like Recoba  (and that to Recoba still have a contract with Inter).

I will not be surprise if Recoba will return.

I have only fond memories of Recoba (when he's on the pitch). His injuries are an unfortunate part of his physiological makeup, but he isn't really to blame for that.

To me, he'll always be one of those almost legends. He could have been great, but he wasn't built for greatness.

Ciao,
Tim
