Just a small update on the Belgians playing for ManUtd first team and Reserves/U18.

Januzaj (assuming he chooses Belgium): Needs no introduction, amazing potential and a future superstar for sure. I would give him #7 jersey for sure, so much matured for his age. Our most important player bar Rooney probably.

Fellaini: Not played enough but he is a very good DM, struggling to make that step up for big club. I like him and I believe he will be our mainstay in CM

Reserves:
Charni Ekangamene: Decent player, not flashy so you wouldn't notice him in the team. But if you keep close eye he is very handy player. Links up the play well and very strong player physically.

Vermijl: I have posted few times about him. He is very good FB for reserves like a Maiconesque player in both attack and defense. He played only once for first team and did well. Now he is on loan at Netherlands and his team is in last position. I have no idea how he played there but for our reserves he was very very good player.

Andreas Pereira: Another midfielder full of tricks. Lot of ManUtd have high hopes on him and believe he can create Januzajesque hype. I watched him very few times for U18 and he looked great.

IMO Andreas Pereira has the talent to go on to play for NT but only if he keeps working hard as talent can only take you so far, rest depends on his attitude and hard work.

Also very slim chance for Vermijl as Belgium doesn't have a standout RB.

Vermijl firstly has to get regular play time.

At this moment there's Alderweireld, and more importantly Vanden Borre, if he gets his head straight it's the best RB Belgium has.

Vermijl has played almost all league games and cup games for the Dutch club. Not sure at what level it is as I haven't watched the league.

Vanden Borre, what an FM legend. Used to buy him from Genoa, dude used to play almost every position from CM to RB.

Apologies, I totally forgot he was playing for NEC  But still no RB of Belgium is a match for Vanden Borre when his head is put straight, which is going great lately, he matured and bosses.

-------------------------- Courtois ----------------------------
Vanden Borre --- Kompany -------- Vermaelen ------ Vertonghen
-------------------------- Witsel ------------------------------
------------------ De Bruyne --- Dembélé ---------------------- Or Fellaini, Januzaj (?), ..
Hazard ------------------------------------------------ Mertens
--------------------------- Lukaku -----------------------------

Should be able to at least qualify for Quarter finals though.

Wasn't Fellaini regular for Belgium? I'm sure he would play almost all games.

Would be interesting to see if Januzaj picks up any NT but it would be unfair on other players who have played in qualifiers.

Lmao why would it be unfair? He has more natural talent in his pinky than regulars like Mirallas, Chadli, etc... combined

And? he's better than most of the player there. a NT is where the best players play not a club to develop players and give others chances.

And why didn't he play in the qualifiers then or declare himself for Belgium?

He hasn't picked yet. I understand that these other players qualified Belgium themselves, but as I said a NT is not a club. This is not a place to give people chances, and develop. It's simply where the best players go and get results.

Anyhow a relative of his talked to someone I know, and I heard that he is only considering Albania and England at this point.

Although, it could be pure b.s. Idk how reliable these sources are. I'm sure if Wilmots offers him a starting spot on World Cup, it'd be hard to turn down. Then again Wilmots and his father got into a pretty heated argument.

Non sense. Players who played qualifiers and helped the team in qualifying should play in WC, not someone who stalled making decision for a year. Hopefully he won't be picked and later he picks Belgium.

Also heard Kosovo are given National team status so he might declare for Kosovo.

Trust me there is 0 chance he will play for Kosovo. If he doesn't pick by world cup, it will 1) Albania 2) England 3) Belgium.
Right now, if he blackmails Wilmots into a starting spot, Belgium might be favourites.

Don't trust the media they spew all b.s. it's ridiculous, like linking him to Serbia/Turkey. His dad was actually offended by those links.

If Belgium want him to play for them, they're gonna have to offer him a starting spot in W Cup. He and his family are a bit spoiled. Too bad for the other players.

They gave an interview a while back and Januzaj said his dad is actually picking his NT which is :palm: .

Don't be surprised this is how they got a huge contract with United, by linking him to all these other clubs like Barca, Juventus, and putting pressure on the club.

His dad is an asshole, he's gonna keep blackmailing NTs..

Have you read any articles on this kid. He is like the kindest and most humble soccer player out there. He is extremely thankful for Belgium as a nation taking him in; so much so that he would probably join ahead of even the other realistic nation he is actually the ethnicity for (Albania). But as a really in depth article went on to say, him and Shaquiri are deeply rooted in the Kosovan heritage, and will probably wait a year or two for Kosovo to be allowed to form a team.

I don't know where you get this info from maybe you should stop reading daily mail b.s. Kosovo is not a heritage or a nation. It is a multi-ethnic territory which the majority of people are of Albanian descent. It is not a language, ethnicity, or a heritage.

He is not going to wait for Kosovo, forget Daily Mail and the British press that links to every random team because they copy paste from random unreliable sources.

I am telling you from sources I have near to his family and actual interviews he gave to Alb stations, that before World Cup Belgium are the favourites, and if he doesn't pick by then, it's 1) Albania 2) England 3) Belgium.

still better than daily mail. god I despise those retards. they just copy paste random b.s., just cut and paste, no research no anything. I'm glad Inter is not on the limelight anymore, so I won't have to read their bullshit.
