It was more impressive how he didn't get affected by such a tough match. It takes a strong character to survive such situation while the rest of your teammates are complete garbage. He was always calm, whether it was defensively while going on a challenge, aerial duel or whatever, and also the same while he had the ball on his feet.

Can't say great performance, since as a whole we were ass but he was only positive thing tonight. No need to drop him out in the upcoming matches though.

Agreed. It's his first game and no reason to bench him for the very next one. I actually wonder if Inzaghi may go for Darmian in place of Dumfries if Cuadrado is still out. Dumfries just played 90 minutes back to back so he may get rested.

Well Dumfries took his turn to solo defend too, and he did well too; kinda funny and fun to watch; but yea pure individual plays on the right side LOL

This guy was so cool though, he is really on a different level; mentally I think only Acerbi might be on par with him; Sommer and Dumfries might follow behind.

Like the whole team went to shit chaos mode, and he was there doing his own thing, just playing his game; he was like "Yea no big deal".
Man I love this signing so much.

He showed his class. Won't say he had a monster game, but seeing how shit some of our players were (Dumfries in defence was a horror show, De Vrij looked gassed after 20 minutes, Bastoni with a horrible performance), he did more than okay against a tough opponent. A 7/10 performance.
