For the price, it’s worth it. Darmian is a serviceable player but he’s far from great. And since he’s the main RWB he’s not gonna perform as well as he did last year when he was Hakimi’s sub. Given many more minutes he’ll play and teams not also having to prepare for the best RWB in the world simultaneously.

Keeping Hakimi would have been more than worth it.

This 15 or 20 million euros we spend here will be the first of us spending way more than the 70 million we got for him to finally find a RB that's anywhere near as good.

But alas, its the Inter way. Sell fora low price today, spend several times that over the next decade replacing him.

I was going to post the same thing. I only said Inter are working on the deal, not that it's done.
