They had an agreement with Raiola before the EC that Dumfries could leave for 15M so it's interesting to see if PSV will hold on to the agreement or use the argument that he played well in the EC and therefore cost more now.

He was among Dutch best players playing in 352 as a wingback this summer in Euro 2020 under novice coach De Boer, he seems to have grinta , high stamina and workrate ( just as Nandez), built like Lukaku . Can be a useful body with Dzeko in free kicks and corners. Price affordable. There's always ??? for a player coming from Eredivise to Serie A, but physical football is reality nowadays. I'd choose Dumfries over vegan Paris drag queen Bellerin any day of the week.

My choice is Nandez.

If we plan to have Nandez + RWB/RM, I`d prefer a loan + option type of deal. Obviously PSV are not stupid and want to cash in, knowing that Dumfries could flop in Serie A. While we don`t seem to afford another failed transfer.

Hopefully those numbers are true and we don't have to surpass even 15m€. I see Dumfries somewhat risky acquisition so keeping the costs reasonable is key here.
