I am all for getting Cavani, specially if we can get him as a part payment for Icardi - it was be awesome to put the whole Icardi saga to bed once for all.

But I hope we don't end up with Cavani+Dzeko. 3 years on, we will be paying 27m wages to 2 strikers who need a walking stick. I hope Marotta sticks to his old plan of one experienced and one young striker. That was a good plan.

I’m always against these “too late” transfers. But I’m all in for Cavani, he is a special case. He is still an incredible striker and his experience would be very valuable to the team.

Exactly! I can't really understand why it seems reasonable for FIF to spend 40-50 millions for a fantastic strike who is in decline and played like 60% of the games last season due to several injuries.
