I was really scared of this game. Usually a boogie game that everyone expects us to win and the other team plays for pride. Thankfully we grinded out the win. Let’s go!

That wasn't a physical duel at all. The defender just pushed him on the ground. It should have been a foul.
Both players were running almost equally for the ball, and the stronger one won the shoulder to shoulder duel. That is no foul.

Barella is pretty damn weak.

Luperto is 1.90m and 95 kilos and he shoved Barella... shut up already     What on earth did you expect was going to happen there?

Barella was in better position to play with the ball, and the defender didn't hit Barella's shoulder but his back. There was a similar reverse situation, where the ref called it foul for Empoli.

You probably never put a foot in the field so I can't take your point seriously. Just because he's smaller doesn't mean he has to fall down in every single challenge.

Being bigger doesn't always means you are stronger. Let's even pretend like it was impossible to win a physical duel for Barella there, what about the other times when he's being owned by almost same sized players?

Obviously I wouldn't say that hadn't it happened quite often, which is quite frustrating to watch how he backs off almost every single time.

This is a huge win. I was worried before the game as Empoli were never going to be as bad as against Roma with a new coach, one who focuses on defence and organization. Glad to see the team got it done.

a wins a win. wasn't the best game though

Game was super early where I live woke up at the 70th minute. They looked really dangerous

And we rotated the squad a bit.

Outside of our two main strikers…… yikes…… the drop in quality is noticable

True story  As if you're the first and only person here who has touched a football :D :D :D :D

Keep up with this fictional story of Barella being "weak" in that incident against Luperto and keep telling people that they have no idea of what they're talking about. Works well.

So does he back off now or does he always get outmuscled? What's the next narrative? Whatever is convenient?

Luperto body slammed Barella there but somehow it's a "because he's weak" argument. Next time, since you claim it's done all the time, pick the right example to make a point. At the moment anyone who saw the incident and sees your remarks:
can't take your point seriously

So yeah, I'd shut up already :)

Any update on Arna’s injury?
He’s a Cagliari level player in my opinion and may not help us much in the long run.
Sanchez is overrated in my opinion too, and injury prone.
We’ll need a good third striker in the winter window.
Frattessi on the other hand is a superstar in the making!
3 points clear on the top - love it! (Esp after Juve’s capitulation yesterday 🤣😂)

What we have in Sanchez is our own utility striker a la Pandev.

What Arnautović should be is our Cruz, but he isn't. It's going to be a long season.
