Documentary about EURO 2008 referees, especially Webb and Rosetti, and what happened to them during the tournament and how they endured it. One of them was really tested.

The weirdest part for me is how little reward you get when you do a great job (Rosetti), and how much heat you have to take when you don't (Webb). When Rosetti returned into the dressing room after the final where he did well, UEFA guy came in and said "You did great, no one is mentioning you." Webb was compared to Hitler, received death threats, had special security measures, politicians attacked him...The second weirdest part is how much they hug each other. I swear had I not known who they were, I would think they were about to jump out of boats and invade Normandy. Crazy stressful job...
