Very wasteful in possession, doesn't always make the right decisions, but fucking hell, a great hat trick is a great hat trick. I missed the second goal, the first was a great poacher's goal (closing down the defender, forcing him into a mistake, taking it past two defenders and slotting it past the keeper), the third was a lovely ball into the top left corner from the middle of the box, though left unmarked. He will want to develop his passing/vision and all round decision making, but nonetheless, man of the match for the hat trick. 9.5/10

how tall is this guy? Transfermarkt has him down as 192cm, which is 6'3; he doesn't look it.

I'd be amazed if he's that tall. He was definitely tall for his age a few years ago, I dont feel like he's grown that much since, or maybe we just use physically larger guys in the Primavera

Im not getting excited about him at all, its pre season and it was nice technique, but I'm definitely not hyping anything here. Just pleased to see how he's come on since I First watched him 2 seasons ago

Anyway. I have genuine interest in Bonazzoli. I didn't care for Ventre, Puscas, Capello, or even Longo while he was scoring hat tricks against Milan and winning the prestigious yao Next-Gen tournament. But I'm placing much more hope on Bonazzoli and that we develop him well.

He's did very well, but it's perfectly clear that he isn't even fully developed from a physical perspective yet. I'm optimistic though

From a technical perspective as well. No Serie A defender would let him get away with that huge touch on the second goal.

I think he has promise, but he's clearly nowhere close to being the finished product.
