Im all in for a poll. But all teams, formation and so, should be put in the first page, so that's easier for people to see. I'd wait for everyone to explai their tactics and formation, and just quote those posts on the first page. Delete the rounds, its not needed anymore.

Why don't just we choose among us? We don't go for who the best team.. So, we randomize the fixtures. Once we have the schedule, we release a match day.. there are 8 of us.. so, it will be 4 matches in a week... 1 match per day.. the rest of the days in the week is for voting and other stuffs.. players who is on match day can't vote (as you can't vote your own post anyway).. So, the teams who are playing on the match day must set a formation.. the rest of players have a limited time to vote.. so 1 matchday can have a score range from 6-0 (if everyone votes the same team) to 5-1, 4-2, 3-3 and if one player do not vote it can still go for 5-0 or 4-1 etc.. The winner of the matchday will get 3 points and a draw gets 1 point. the scoreline is the number of thanks given.. if no thanks given then it is 0-0.. but the 2 teams playing must have their formation back-to-back post.. we can also have a post to announce the matchday.. perhaps it should be 1 person to create the matchday post.. (coaster's job basically )
