Exactly 10 years ago Robert Enke died because of depression. I saw a documentary about him that talked about how he always had to deal with criticism in he's career.

A number of years ago, I read "A Life Too Short: The Tragedy of Robert Enke". It was a very moving read and in many places reduced me to tears.

In relation to Frank de Boer, the only thought I have is that he is a wanker and should stick to coaching kids at Ajax.

Tbh he is not as bad a person as he is made out to be here, it's easy to judge based on his extremely short spell with us and the tiny little bit of info you know about him. But come on guys, that's also a bit short-sighted. I see him on the telly many times a week, and yeah he is kinda stubborn and a hardass sometimes, but he's not an utterly shit human being, not at all.

Yeah, I still can’t believe how good we were against that Juve side. It might have had a lot to do with Icardi playing what was probably the best game of his career, but still, unbelievable. Even more so considering what followed after.

I do not think he is a bad person. I just think he is clueless as a coach.

Get fucked Frank. At least Gabi-no-gol is scoring his ass off in Brazil right now, which can't be said about you and your coaching career trajectory.

How can anyone say something like that about an ex player who actually can and actually score goals in an interview watched by millions of people?

'De Boer Inter's worst-ever coach'

Jonathan Biabiany claims Frank de Boer will go down as “the worst coach in Inter’s history. His style of football fails on all fronts.”

De Boer was in charge of the Nerazzurri for only 14 games during the 2016-17 campaign, winning just five of them before he was dismissed in October.

Biabiany played under the Dutchman during his chaotic reign and did not hold back when asked about it.

“For me, he was the worst coach in the history of Inter,” he told ITA Sport Press.

”He didn’t get results in Milan and then he went to England to Crystal Palace and did even worse, but his style of football fails on all fronts.”

Inter famously lost to Israeli side Hapoel Be’er Sheva at San Siro under De Boer’s watch, but the winger revealed that was the least of their problems.

“It hurt me a lot to hear from our coach that we were a rotten group, so much so that I answered back immediately.

“With him I didn’t have a good relationship in every sense and not only from a technical point of view.

“In fact I never understood why he put me aside, but I wasn’t the only one not to understand it because even those who always played in that Inter team said they did not understand De Boer’s football and that he was always arrogant.”

The former Barcelona defender subsequently lasted just five matches at Crystal Palace and is now managing Atlanta United in MLS.

:yao: you know shit hit the fan when fuckin` Biabiany comments like that

Bibiani cares much more for Inter than fuckers like De Boer. And this sentence looks pretty much true: “In fact I never understood why he put me aside, but I wasn’t the only one not to understand it because even those who always played in that Inter team said they did not understand De Boer’s football and that he was always arrogant.”

Who cares. They were both meaningless for Inter. Biabiany was somewhat good for low to mid table teams, de boer is just a terrible coach.

It's like hearing two donkeys bray, who cares what they are braying about.

They're both retards but both of them are right about some things.

De Boer being described as "arrogant" seems to be a recurring theme. Seems to me like he has his own 'advanced' idea of what football should be - not surprising from a Dutch Ajax and Barca product. To be fair though, he won 4 consecutive Eredivise titles which is a record. Ajax have only won one league title in the 5 years since. However, what worked for him in the Eredivisie was never going to translate seamlessly in Serie A or EPL. And he was too stubborn or blind to see that. Playing Dutch total football with Crystal Palace? good one.

de Boer was right in saying Inter was a chaotic place to be though. We all know this is true, especially true of de Boer's time. Some points that de Boer made included the president/owner never being near the club and agents having an insidious and unreasonable amount of influence. Both these things are fact. This was long before we had a CEO in Marotta. Thohir was never around. The Zhang's were not around yet. And Suning fucked up hardcore by trusting in that cancerous piece of shit Kia Joorabchian, who fucked us over with his trash players Joao Mario and Gabigol, all the while leeching millions in agent fees. It's why Mancini resigned.

I actually wanted de Boer to get more time. I also wanted him to do well in England. But I stopped feeling sorry for him, not because he criticised us with some harsh truths, but because it seems like his head is up his ass and he's too headstrong to learn. I personally can't stand people like that.

Biabiany is shit, but least he is not talking shit and minding everyone’s business. It’s ok being a loser but it’s fucked up when you are a loser AND an asshole.. and that’s De Boer.

I also thought it was unfair to sack him as he didnt get enough time to prepare, but I knew Inter sacked him for other reasons (probably too much complain and criticism in front of the management, or any other behavioral issues, not related to his style of football or results)
