We really should've gone for Laurent Blanc, wtf were the management thinking.
well to be honest, what we need is decisive leadership. A new coach needs to get rid of Palacio, Ranocchia, Nagatomo, etc, at ALL costs. I'd rather be playing youth than them. Melo probably too.
We probably have the individual quality, but our depth is awful and we need to sort out our tactics.
Exactly I believe every new coach needs new players that fit within he's own criterium... Boer made error of judgement keeping the rejects mancio had it's so freakin evident

Bye frank.

Bull fucking shit. No one in the world getd a couple of seasons. Inter is the only club where we demand patience with a new manaher. Everyone else has a fucking honey moon period. Frank has until november to impress then fuck off if not.
1. Blanc signed.
2. Players too shitty to deliver.
3. Blame Blanc.
4. Fire Blanc in two months.
5. Extend contracts of those shitty players.
6. Buy more new shitty players.
7. Sign new coach.
8. Go back to step 1 and repeat the cycle.
firstly, what other clubs give their coaches doesnt prove it makes sense or not to give that to our coach. secondly, there are many clubs that give more than 3 months to the manager (no less without a preseason!!). thirdly, there are many fans of many different clubs that i've seen demand patience with new managers (nor is it relevant to whether or not they need more or less time).
frank not showing results 3 months into a job at a club physically unprepared, mentally unprepared, and with an unprepared squad, with no preseason, is not a gauge of whether or not he is good enough to build a team that can at least regularly qualify for CL. pochettino at tottenham wasnt showing good results 3 months into the job, with a preseason. a couple of seasons is too much but one season should be the minimum bar anything apocalyptic.
Sure, but this isn't Tottenham, the pressure at Inter is quite more complex than in many teams around the globe, after Palermo game I remember the squad got booed when they were leaving the field and it was only their first home game, you can't expect that to change any time soon, specially after having Moratti replace coaches like he would change socks
We probably have the individual quality
Maybe, just maybe, we have to admit Mancini wasn't the problem.
Its not that I want DeBoer sacked, its that I want fans to hold him to the same (ridiculous) standard they held Mancio to.
A lot of the problem comes down to Medel, D'Ambrosio, Nagatomo, Ranocchia. Or just lack of depth in CM and FB, generally speaking. Medel should not be allowed over the half way line. He should not be used as a pivot/playmaker either! You can see why he played CB for Chile...
