Yes, we played terrible last weeks but we still have so much more quality than Empoli. I wanna see Lautaro and Icardi start, and we should have Esposito on the bench in my opinion. He really had a wonderful Under 17 tournament, and he got that killer instinct.

As a matter of coherence, I think we should take the risk and rely on missteps by our opponents until the very end.
It would feel like a contradiction and almost anti-climatic at this point if Napoli-Inter served as a wake-up call for the Nerazzurri players to react with pride and make things look easy right from the start against Empoli.

A draw between SPAL and Milan would give us the CL spot mathematically, no matter what happens in Inter-Empoli (we wouldn't want to experience those final minutes, though, if we were down against the Toscani).
If SPAL wins, worst case scenario we'd need to grab 1 point, to avoid a possible but unlikely H2H with Atalanta and Roma, and also to stop caring about the goal difference (currently +6, and Icardi's penalty was somehow "useful", even if not in the wrong and selfish way it was intended by Wanda to explain her vulgarity) in case we end up on level points only with Roma.
