We need to win this, cause we have to beat every opponent this season in Serie A.

Only Genoa, Sassuolo and Bologna missing.

Genoa has little to fight for but being a Serie A team they should be quite disciplined in the first 35 mins or so. We can't expect 4-0 every game, but let's not aim for a draw. +15 pts (5 match) over Juventus will help with our CL campaign cos we can afford to play with Klassen and Bisseck to help their development. (Okay maybe not Klassen but Bisseck and Asllani for example)

Not now. If Atletico eliminate us, then maybe I'm ok with chasing that record, but otherwise we shall focus more power in CL, and do some rotation in serie A.

You can walk and chew gum at the same time.

There is a chance to beat the historic record.

Its interesting how, for some, CL this season becomes important while last season it wasnt.

Its interesting how, for some, CL this season becomes important while last season it wasnt.

An opportunity has opened up for us. Two of the best teams in Europe this season aren't even in the Champions League this year, and some of the usual giants like Bayern and Barcelona look as beatable as we've ever seen them. You can discuss Manchester City, you can discuss Real Madrid (and even with both those teams I think we're perfectly equipped to go play against them), there isn't another team in the Champions League you can look at and flat out say "yeah, they're better than Inter". More talented maybe, but not better coached or at least more cohesive and playing to the sum of their parts. At worst, we're a top-3 side in the Champions League this year, and that means we're in a territory where trying to win it is expected. If we ultimately lost to one of the other two teams I mentioned earlier, I'd be disappointed but not overall surprised and I could live with it. But against Atleti? I've been pretty fair to Atleti for a while now, and I'm downplaying the threat they still pose in the 2nd leg in their stadium, but we're the better team, we go into that game with our noses in front, and we haven't lost an away game this season in any competition. I expect us to get out of that game marching on and will be disappointed if that's where our CL journey ends.

We've might've been firmly in "all for the second star" territory a month ago when we were only +1 against Juventus going into the Derby d'Italia, but fast forward one month and we're +12 with a chance to go +15 and have comfortably the biggest lead in Europe. Barring the biggest meltdown in the history of football, the Scudetto is won. I'm not celebrating it, but it's over. We've won it. There's literally no realistic scenario where the Scudetto slips at this point. As such, since we're still alive in the Champions League, and because we have a team that can win the Champions League, then yes the Champions League has now escalated in importance. Win a Scudetto and you're a memorable Inter team. Win the Scudetto and the Champions League in the same season, and you're legendary and a team we'll be talking about to future generations of Inter supporters that follow us. It's time to seize the moment.

I want to see
Sommer
Bisseck - SDV - Bastoni
Dumfries - Barella - Asllani - Klaasen - Dimarco
Lautaro - Alexis

Later, Frattesi, Mkhitaryan, Augusto, Arnautivic and Darmian/Tajon could be introduced.

This team is so good, that most inter fans become greedy and want to win it all and that include MEEEEE; Inter win 4-0 against genoa; lautaro 2 goals, and arna 2 goals,

I mean Scudetto is pretty much won, unless there's some big level of choking happening and everything going right for Juve/Milan so it's natural to want to win/ go far in CL. Let's get it clear, though, Scudetto was always the goal and I consider Inzaghi's season a success this year. And he's not Conte who can only focus on 1 competition, we legitimately have a chance to go far this season. But I'd like to reiterate that this season is a success already regardless of what happens in Champions League.

What Klassen gives you? He is good only for last 10 minutes.

Some rest to Mkhitaryan. I guess Frattesi is not fully recovered to start from the beginning.

Isn't Bastoni suspended for this game?
