Barella only played about 100 minutes in total over the last two matches. He should be fit to start this one. It's Sensi who looked a little off the pace against Milan, though it's hard to be sure whether that was fatigue related or not.

We're about to enter a pretty fucked up run of games so Conte needs to get his rotation right. Too much rotation may spoil our continuity. Not enough rotation may be risky for the players fitness in this congested schedule of big matches. Balance is key. Goes without saying the bulk of the first team should remain the same where it can, though.

For Lazio, the maximum rotation I would consider is Biraghi on the left, one of the forwards, and one of Gagliardini/Vecino for Sensi (depending on how Conte wants to manage the game from the start.)

It's unfortunate that Ranocchia is so incredibly slow and can only play in the center of the 3 CB's. Seems we have 3 options for the RCB role in D'Ambrosio, Godin and Skriniar, but only 2 for the LCB, Skriniar and Bastoni. I really hope Bastoni can get to a point where he can enter the mix as a rotation player soon.

With Conte and the mentality he is giving some of our players, I honestly can't see us dropping points at all after such an impressive derby win.

Sure, we will draw at some point, but can't see us going to straight losing a game. At least from what I have seen.

This is a good match to rest sensi at least one full half and give chance to Sanchez instead of Lautaro.

Vecino to replace Sensi. And one of Dimarco, Biraghi or Lazaro to start.

The only way this game will be "easy" is if Lazio get a red card. Another team playing 3-5-2 with more physical players in midfield will give us huge problems (think Udinese before the red). Correa and Alberto will give our mids lots of problems in the defensive phase.

We will lose this if Conte doesn't get his tactics and lineup/subs dead on.

Not sure we should rest Barella but I guess Conte knows best. Maybe he feels we need Vecino’s height to combat SMS since Sensi pretty much has to play due to being our only creative option.

Candreva back in isn’t the end of the world but with Biraghi on the other flank playing for the first time it worries me a little. Sanchez will be fine.

We need him 100% against Farca and RuBe.
Sánchez should get more time so he’s sharp for those games too.

I believe that we should rotate very carefully. That being said, we need the best team to play against Lazio. Whoever is fully fit should be played (who can help the team obviously). If needed, we can rest and rotate against Sampdoria.

It's a pretty packed schedule the next few weeks. Conte has no choice but to rotate the squad. That being said, I'd hate to drop points at the Meazza. Juve have a possibly tricky fixture against Brescia with no Ronaldo available. Could be Balotelli's debut as well so their players and fans will be up for it.

I'd prefer to rotate against Sampdoria who have been pretty mediocre under EDF so far this season. I don't want the morale from winning the derby to dissipate against Lazio.
