This will be very hard match for us. It will tell a lot about us, especially how we work on improving play with more physical pressing opponent in the midfield. So far it wasn't very convincing against Udinese nor Slavia. I am not that optimistic.

Not sure we should rest Barella but I guess Conte knows best. Maybe he feels we need Vecino’s height to combat SMS since Sensi pretty much has to play due to being our only creative option.

Candreva back in isn’t the end of the world but with Biraghi on the other flank playing for the first time it worries me a little. Sanchez will be fine.

There is no way Vecino does anything against SMS. Vecino disappears aginst the likes of Duncan and Andrea Poli so SMS if in form will eat him alive.
I don't get why we'd have to rest Barella.

I hope GDS is wrong again and that he starts because I can't stand watching Vecino hiding with the attackers when he is needed in midifield.

This would only be the 3rd time in our history to manage 5 wins out of 5 if we get the 3 points tomorrow. It being a midweek game and against Lazio no less doesn't fill me with much confidence but I hope Conte is ready and he's making sure the players are too because the chances of those cunts getting complacent are high (13 pts out of 15 is good enough to them) and here's where rotating might actually come in handy in contrast to the usual, whoever plays for the 1st time will hopefully do well to impress Conte and plays counter to the emotional final the Lazio players will inevitably play.

Haven't seen a single Lazio match so far this season but from what I've read they had some pretty great and some abysmal performances as well. There was some drama with Immobile as well.
Conte should keep working on those underrated lateral passes between the triangle of brozo and wingers and I believe we can effectively deal with Lazio's physical midfield.

Wouldn't mind resting Sensi and Asamoah for this one.

GDS are high with these predictions. There is no chance that happens. Player rotation is to be expected, but a 3-4-3 with spare parts vs Lazio is basically a loss waiting to happen.

But I dont see the difference between 3-4-3 and 3-5-2 in that case. As long as suitable players are on the field, switching between the two formation is like in ...5s or so.
