Point is... no matter the system, we ain't gonna be set good tacticaly, and you need to be set good tacticaly when you play matches at certain level(read not Lecce, Bari, Bologna or Parma - level).

I won't say that today. We might need to switch to 4-2-3-1 but starting with that would have been a suicide. We wouldn't have been any better offensively with that system, but we would have been much more vulnerable in the defence.

What would be best is to have both, a great tactician and great motivator. Like a combination of Leo with Capello. Obviously we can't have thath though, as this happens very rarely.

ps. Given the choice, I would go for tactician, that's without a question.

lol at blaming the defensive issues purely on the tactics :wallbang:

Like Leonardo's tactics has jackshit to do with Chivu being out of position on that second goal and stankovic not covering his man on the first goal.

Tactics might explain the lack of pressure put on the ball, which really frustrates me, why the fuck do we just constantly run around just covering the opponents and not putting any pressure on the ball and allowing ourselves to get pushed way into our own box. Its ridiculous and Leonardo should be shot if he doesnt change that.

Tactics dont explain individual errors though and chivu and Ranocchia have made those in abundance in the first, horrible dicision making at times, complete lack of communication.

Saying it wouldnt change anything if it was Samuel - Lucio is obviously complete nonsense.
