Well, Tammy played a full season and was benched at times by or for Mayoral, Shomurodov and a 17 year old unknown, whereas Cabral had a great 3rd season until his move to Fiorentina and then got injured and returned to find his teammates on holiday mode.
And that's ignoring how bad Tammy has been, goals aside. But if you're going to credit someone for scoring with his knee and dick whilst missing sitter after sitter I guess you'll be loving Tammy a lot.

Tammy is the first player on Mourinho's team sheet at Roma. He was never benched for Mayoral, Shomu, or Felix, and has been the player of the season for Roma thus far.

It's his first year with Roma, a squad that isn't great to say the least. He's not ever going to win the scudetto with Roma but I'm sure their long-term goal is to qualify for CL which they can definitely do in the coming years.
