i think his career is still salvageable under proper coaching, but he wont get that here nor will he get it in russia or wherever else he goes. ive seen the likes of jorge jesus and jose mourinho face similar kinds of players and turn them completely around. he has all the physical tools and the natural 1v1 instinct to be a great defender but he is illiterate at reading play which is why he will never be good enough, and even worse he has totally regressed since he broke out in late 2012. he is a liability every time he takes to the field and there is no place for him in the squad next season.
