Figo and Vieira are definitely gone after this season (Patrick maybe 2, depending where he wants to be when he retires)

I'd like Viera to be gone earlier than that.

I really dont understand this obsession with getting rid of Viera???

The guy IMHO has been superb in every match except two,and i have seen every match he played. He is one of the leaders on the pitch and our play definately goes into a higher gear when he is on it..Why would i want someone like that gone??

If this hate is justified,i would like to know why..I mean is it because he is French??
Is it because he wanted to play for the NT?? What player wouldnt by the way..Especially if they are coached by a Nazi nut who could take away the capitancy or not take you to your final big tournament of your career...

Some of you think he is a mercenary,i can see that even though in todays football thats the rule not the exception, but i would like a player like him more than those who claim to be passionate about the club but play like crap on the field.

??????????????????? Are you kidding me?? This guy has been poor in every match he has played except maybe two or three strong performances against bottom teams, at the end of the season.

He is a player on decline, and worst of all he has the most poor attitude in our team.

I hope the first thing Jose does, is to throw him out.

Milan game and Parma game..Are the games he did badly in,what are the ones other than that.Take into consideration that he was injured for some time as well..When he wasnt though who was playing better than him in our midfield??

Yeah he wasnt ok when he was injured but look at his performances when he came back...

Oh man, you guys strech my memory so much. Thats really not good for me, considering how much I smoke up.

Vieira's piss poor games.

vs Roma - Supper Coppa- Worst player on the pitch. Probably the reason why we lost.

vs Empoli. @ Sansiro- Got a yellow, argued with the ref, and then got a red in the 38th minute.

vs Liverpool @ Anfield, when he came on as a sub in the second half. Played piss poor, and even gave Torres a wonderful pass for a scoring opportunity.

vs Liverpool @ Sansiro, sucky sucky once again.

vs Napoli @ SanPaolo. Worst player on the pitch. His passing skills were abysmal to say the least. Ball distribution? Whaattt?

vs Milan, the away leg. Again winning our worst player award. Milan made us look like 5 year olds in the midfield, all thanks to him.

vs Parma @ Tardini. Scudetto decider. I swear to god, between 50-60th minute, when we really needed to score, his ball control was so pathetic. We couldnt get a proper move going, cause Vieira would just ruin it all.

7!! games. Doesnt seem a lot in a season right? Well they should be, considering he was out for majority of the season. And has only played like 15 games or something.

Towards the end of the season, before the Milan game, he did have a couple of good games against Viola, Palermo, Cagliari, but thats it.

He is a lazy player, or atleast has become lazy now. The only thing he is good is holding on to the ball in the midfield. Half of his passes are giving the ball to the opposing team.

And this is me criticizing his ability as a player. For all the off field drama, just read this.

I really hope we're not gonna turn into Mourinho's Chelsea boys. Maximum 2 players from he old Chelsea team. I would welcome Lampard with open arms though, but not at any cost.

SOrry Shahz i beg to differ..I am willing to say Napoli was bad since i didnt see it..This should be discussed in the Viera thread.

XL i agree with you i dont want two camps, camp Inter and camp Chelsea. If i had to chose the two i would actually go for the least likely to arrive in Carvalho and Essien.

Lampard is better then Deki, and maybe Deki will want to elave with Mancini so Frank would be good, and isnttoo expenssive.

Jose would love hard working midfielde like Frank-Cambi-Vieira-Zanetti
add one class creative player too...It would work...and a winger sub

is it true Jimenez is ours?

Very hard working:d

C'mon, you wanna tell m Frank isnt hard worker?
He will run and run, work hard and score from deep runs, tacticly is great. His creativity sucks, he cant beat man one on one, but he works hard

Only if Mancini joins Chelsea.. that would make things much easier for us.

Mourinho and Mancini can take all their friends from each club. Saying that, Cesar will be a free agent this summer, so I'm sure that he'll follow Mancini wherever he goes. :D

I like Jose style of having 23 class players then 25+ players with some questionable one match performers

So I expect us to get rid of players who cant help us when really needed, not only in smaller games

thats always my point, so i can't see room for a lot of players (dacourt, jimenez, burdisso..)

Jimenez will stay. Cesar and Solari will make way.

I wouldn't mind keeping Dacourt, he has been a solid player since his Leeds days!

Lampard will turn 30 in June, and I expect him to play at high level next 3 seasons....For 8 mill. like its said, I would probably bring him, most of all if Deki leaves.

If Essien and Quaresma arrive, I don't know if there is room for Lampard. And if there IS room for Lampard, is there room for Javier Zanetti? I am pretty sure Essien would replace Vieira and Quaresma would replace Stankovic.
