I'm asking again. If he felt disappointed with the club, and wanted a new challenge, why he didn't make it clear in the summer, when there is an offer for him and he could have enjoyed to his new challenge immediately?

They are washed away when you do this what Skriniar appears to be doing.

He basically leaves for money. Could have indeed indicate in the summer that they aren't going to sign the contract with Inter after PSG gave their offer. Because I refuse to accept an explanation that they expected PSG level offer from Inter.
