In the article they indeed claim Skriniar has signed an agreement with PSG and player has confirmed it but there are no quotes of the player.

You don`t understand the basic principle of transfers in football, do you? Because this is not your first such post?
You can transfer a player only if he agree. This is not NFL or NBA. To sell Brozo you need a club who need to pay your transfer request and his wages request. I don`t see many clubs who meet both criteria. Actually I don`t see any (that deal with Barca probably was the last chance).

Yeah he can always reject to be sold, but if that happens he must accept everything that the club offer for an extention even if it mean you got to have a salary bellow someone like Correa..

And also i'm questioning people who compared Skriniar with old time loyal legend like Zanetti etc.. I remember back then we can clearly see the closeness between the owner of the club to the player, we can see Morrati praising Zanetti and i bet he talks a lot with Zanetti, and the club maybe only once accepted offer for him, the real madrid one, after that i never heard inter accepting any offer again for him, and i think that's also happen with other legend like totti, maldini, del piero.. So that's really different time with todays..
