I can't believe we agreed to sell him to Spurs in the middle of a title race.
Already is in my eyes.
This is the most incredible rumor and as it came from Pedulla, it isn't without merit.I can't believe we agreed to sell him to Spurs in the middle of a title race.
I don't believe that either, problem is too many people take what papers say as gospel.I can't believe we agreed to sell him to Spurs in the middle of a title race.
Pedulla has been very reliable on Inter lately. Not like this came from TuttoSport.I don't believe that either, problem is too many people take what papers say as gospel.
Skriniar's Inter career had an odd trajectory in that his first season was literally perfect. He played every minute of every Serie A game, performing at an insanely high level while scoring 5 goals in the process. Basically an impossible season to repeat because you can only go down from a 10 out of 10 season.I don't think he really progressed after his second season here, but good thing he is back in form after his eye surgery.
Oh I thought you actually don't believe it... my sarcasm detector caught lacking. I agree Pedulla has been really on point with us most time but I don't know, for me it's tough to believe, sometimes that our management has done retarded things in the past but not to this degree, I have hard time believing that we were about to sacrifice arguebly our best defender while we were fighting for all objectives in January. Easier to believe if he was talking about the summer.Pedulla has been very reliable on Inter lately. Not like this came from TuttoSport.
If I were gay I'd get off to him nonstop.
Not trying to play the devil's advocate here, cause I really think he improved; it is just that his first season was already quite impeccable in certain areas already, that further improvement are hard to notice, a few things I had on top of my head was he was quite weak for shot blocks, and it wasn't even exposed in the first season, cause most of the time he just took on the dribbler and beat the shit out of them already, not even a chance for them to shoot. Second I remember is his set piece and crossing attacking and defending headers, not intercepting long pass aerial challenges (he is good to start off with). Third, I think his track back, positioning and covering improved too (I think this is crucial to how he adapted the 3 CB, cause again first season he basically played a perfect stopper in the traditional 2 CB system, which requires less positional awareness), but he was good to start off with so it is even less noticeable, and obviously he is just more and more comfortable on the ball too along with the forward runs.I don't think he really progressed after his second season here, but good thing he is back in form after his eye surgery.
Totally agree with this though.Yeah, it's kinda sweet worries. He'll never be a complete CB, but he is a complete badass and a bully that our team really needed.
