Makes more sense to have discussion here than in the Mazzarri / Mancini threads.

Considering what the options have been in past years then Spalletti and Mancini sound like pretty good options to take over during the season.

I'm not sure we can even afford to pay Mazzarri to fuck off, since we extended his contract for another year for some reason this summer. So, talk of Mancini seems a bit out of place. When's the last time he's had to deal with a budget? Lazio?

Spalletti isn't really much more realistic but I can dream.

Guidolin won't return to coaching bro...

"On 20 May 2014, Guidolin left his role as Udinese head coach to accept a position as technical supervisor of the three teams belonging to the Pozzo family (Udinese,Granada and Watford )"

and who the fu is the other guy?!

Are the things already so bad that Inter cannot even afford to change managers during their contract?

me of course. I won CL for fun in FM and PES. Thohir should hire me quickly before Real Madrid put me under their radar.

What? He's the new coach to walk into ready made teams and take credit for someone else's work?

:palm: Seriously?

Fine. Hector Cuper will be the new Frank Rijkaard. Fucken Rijkaard. Bet whatever you want on that. Sigh.

MIHAJLOVIC FIRMLY REJECTS THE THREE MAN DEFENSE : "I DO NOT LIKE IT, TOO DEFENSIVE"

See Miha is already more ballsy than WM even with less "experience".WM has a mentality of a "provincale" coach which means Napoli was his highlight and he can't do more tbh.Only one formation with always the same tactics.Which were droped in the 20 century around 1990.Focused on defence but with no attacking plan and we still concead a lot.We keep possesion because we have no clue what to do up front. Then when we attack and fail we get countered and our very slow df gets raped! Vidic and Frog together on the field is a suicide...
Of course our players aren't top material either but with the right guidance a'la Miha we could do better. Miha would push the players in a positive way and ordered them to play with the heart and with an attacking aproach. Kova would look much better,Icardi as well. "Grinta and Forza"people...this Inter has none of that.

Now we have no clue what to do in front of the pk area. Kova needs to dribble 5 people and he has no one open to pass to because the others do little of the ball movement.Icardi has no chances to get the ball in the box because he needs to fall back because Palacio isn't doing his fu job anymore(makes us even worse). And we are so slow while making attacking moves. Obi is horse shit as a RWB because he can't defend or be effective on the right side! and Dodo likes to overdribble and his crossing is ugh...WM will play Obi in that forced position so he can play his formation.Instead of adapting to what he has.
A coach who adapts players to formations and not formations to his players is a shit coach.
The players look like shit because the system makes them look like that.

Samp hasn't got skilled players like Kova,Icardi,Hernanes,Palacio,Osvaldo,Guarin but what they do have is discipline, heart, grinta and a ballsy aproach. So that's why they pushed over Fiora today and are fu 3th now!3 points behind Roma.

Obiang looks maestral for them this season and was MOtM today and in other matches as well.Even Palombo looks like in his golden days.Eder looked like Messi today because he believes in his coach and his passion is reflected to this players who are giving more than they would under a lesser coach.

Ironicly they were off against us...no idea why...was Miha to respectfull against us or they just had an off day. They were dangerous only when Duncan hit the crossbar and on Eder's chance that Handa somehow saved.
We managed to score of a penalty because we don't know how otherwise this days.

I would take Miha next sesaon (a long with Obiang because we don't have a player like him...strong,can pass and create and would do well with Kova) because no we can't afford established coaches like Mancini or Spalletti. They want to high of a salary and their transfer demands would not be in line with our broke asses.

WM will probably stay unless we start a loser streak that will require probably a caretaker.

This is the reality.

Isn't Mazzarri the highest paid coach in Serie A? As always it's not really that Inter don't have money it's that they don't know how to spend it.

Sampdoria played with three at the back against Fiorentina today.

Yeah he did so because he had no other choice as Romagnoli,Silvestre and Gastalldello were not available. He said that only that formation gave him the right balance today and that if he had those players available he wouldn't use the 3 man df as he feels that it's to defensive.

meanwhile...

ET's plan as described from the Repubblica paper: Keep WM till the end of the season because of his enormous 3,6m€ salary till 2016.
Because Mancini and Spalleti would probably ask for even more cash and their transfer requests would be to much for our FFP situation.
A Zenga/carteker does not necessaraly mean a better impact than what WM is doing now.

ET would consider firing WM only if his lose strike continued to a point where EU competitons are at risk.

If it this was the end of the season then WM wouldn't be reconfirmed because his project showed lack of control from the start and ET is already thinking about replacing him.He has 3 candidates with Mihajlovic being the ideal choice for the whole club(age, costs, ambition, carisma, not asking for pricey reinforcements)then we have Simeone who is established coach but his financial apetites and his ambitions could prove to much to handle for our current position. Then there is Roberto Martinez who is a young ambitious coach with some experience with winning and ET's liking of EPL's model of work and ET's personal preffered choice.

They basically said what I wrote above lel...

The hottest name for summer 2015 is Roberto Martinez. To be hones, I have no idea how good this guy is.
Any (real) opinions?
