Bielsa is even crazier than Conte. He will rage quit after a week.

Also look at his titles cabinet. The guy is massively overrated. I don't know why people keep mentioning him.

what he did with Chilean NT was super impressive. Made the 8th best team in South America into the best with CBs that were like 5'6 haha. I think he rumored to be the new Uruguayan coach.

If we are going for a Argie coach I want Gallardo

Motta needs to be our coach next season. low budget and low expectation. a relatively new coach so he should be willing to work with avaliable resources.

beside 4 2 3 1 anybody knows what other formation that he uses ? if we abandon 3 5 2 then the most suitable formation would be 4 3 1 2 or 4 3 2 1 since we cant afford to sign reliable winger for him.

---Martinez---

--Mkhitarian---Hakan--

--Sensi---Asllani---Barella-

Gosens---Acerbi---DeVrij---Darmian

that line is worth of top 6 or EL spot competition. :p. but fuck it to be honest. banter era will be waiting next season.
pretty sure Brozovic and Dumfries will be gone in this summer.

He experimented a bit with formations (even used variations of back 3, including 3-5-2) at Spezia till he eventually settled for 4-2-3-1. But at Bologna it has only been variatianos of 4-3-3. 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, 4-1-4-1. I think if we hire Motta he will go for a back 4.

why are we not interested in Pirlo?
There is also a solution. But he is a bigger question mark. I won´t judge him only after that Juventus spell.

My preference is Motta. Inter connections, name in football, he made his apprentice in the swamp of Serie A. I would give him full 2 years to see if he could make a trade mark on the team.
I just don`t want a name. Someone like Mourinho or Conte. Too much "bagagges".

I go from the idea that Sarri won`t be available. Otherwise would be him everyday of the week. If we need to start a new "progetto", he is the man.

I like the idea of hiring Motta more than for example hiring De Zerbi or Conceicao. But something tells me Pirlo is the ideal candidate. I have been mentioning his name ever since Conte left the team. Reasons why I want Pirlo are:
- Has a legendary resume as a player: scudetto, CL, World Cup.
- Had been coached by Ancelotti and Conte: won above mentioned club trophies under these managers
- Italian. Since we are broke and can only rely on domestic products, being Italian is key.
- Low salary.

p/s: btw, he is doing a good job as a manager of Karagumruk in Turkish Superlig.

What you say are generalities. And you can apply all of them to Motta (he is not italian, but Italy is his home, more than France).
I could add something in Motta`s favor. He came from Barcelona academy, maybe he will be able to implement something from their "strategy" at Inter. But this is a long catch, he was there 15-20 years ago. But I get your point and Pirlo could be the ideal candidate.

All of these names could turn out to be the right decision or not. We can make arguments for all of them: Motta, Pirlo, De Zerbi, Conceicao.
I made an argument 2 years ago also for Simone. In principle, I still think he was correct, even if the result is disappointing.

I've watched 180 minutes of Conceição's football, which was enough to convince me to stay away.

Re: Pirlo, he was completely out of his depth at Juve. Hard pass.

Here's my manager wish list tier.

Pipe Dream
Simeone
Realistic and okay with
Motta
Juric
Avoid at all costs
De Zerbi
Conte

Simeone is the dream. He’d be perfect for Inter but he’s not taking a massive pay cut to manage this side even if there is a lot of respect between the man and club.

At this point, I think it’s honestly between Motta and Juric. Maybe Italiano as an outsider. We better stay the fuck away from Conte. He’s already a nightmare with financial backing. I can’t imagine how he’d react to being told that Barella and Bastoni are being replaced by Bonaventura and Becao.

Uhm Motta played 30 times for Italy. That makes him very much italian.

Playing games for a team doesn't make him Italian.

What does his passport say again...
Not being born there doesn't make one not part of that nation...
