Just the sheer self-righteousness and dose of arrogance in what you said. I'm quite confident Leo knows what he needs to know and realizes a bit of what you might know. Hell I would be willing to bet that Rafa also knew much of what you know tactically.
I'm sorry to chip in because I absolutely dislike Rafa but some times the arrogance is way out of bounds.
These coaches have to make decisions under pressure in a the real environment where pressing a button does not equate to a given outcome. Consider injuries, and not just the 50 odd ones this year (that are certainly in part due to the new methods) but also those endured under Mancini and Mourinho (remember Cambiasso playing CB). Consider diverging player ambitions and discontent - have you ever played in a team where your best CB would rather be striker ? - sure you have.
So, despite the claim that admittedly, you and most of our other righteous posters, know a lot more than I do which prompts me to avoid too much edification in my post, I would like to send out a plea to be just a little less arrogant and more considerate of other perspective and opinions in the interest of the community (that goes for Sr. Azzkikr, blackmore, Luka). I'm sure a lot of those to talk less on this board, like myself would agree that some of your arrogance and spats and personal insults have added little value to the various threads (cf. Diegus thread).
That said, thank you all for posting and being great, in general.
