People like to overhype new players like Rafinha and once they perform "normally" then get dissapointed and blame Inter disease for that or what ever.

Truth is that he decent and promising player who have just returned from long injury. You cannot expect even the strongest player to dominate and set meazza into fire if you haven't played for a long time. I agree with Adriano@10 that playing him with Borja could help but then again they both lack defensive skills so you need to think about the right balance also.

Once again we need to patiently see how he does and evalute his performances once the season is over.

this is why Inter is the best...bringing together people from literally all around, not just players...but the fans...and we were one of the first ones to do it! :proud:I bet you could find a penguin on Antarctic who is an Inter fan:awyeah:more than a club...a FAMIGLIA!

Yeah but you, I and everybody else know that the group has always been devided into clans, and I dont even blame them if they get coaches by different coach every year, or get coached by a manager with pussy character. And this affects the team overall. Selfies dont mean shit.

Rafinha seems to be putting in a better shift than most actual Inter players. This is the kind of ductility and enthusiasm needed for Inter.

I hear he doesn't want to move back to Barca, and wants to stay at Inter, which is a pretty crazy thing. He wants to leave a mildly mismanaged juggernaut for a atrociously mismanaged soon-to-be minnow. Respect it, tho.

He indeed said this in an interview. I thought he said something like: ''I didn't just came to Inter and get playing time to get fit and then leave for Barcelona again. He wanted to stay at Inter because he liked the club and Milan as an city''. He seems really happy at Inter even though he could say these things just for the fans. And liked mention before this kind of deals when you get a player on loan with an obligation to buy, terms already agreed between all parties. And right now Rafinha is a very good and usefull player for Inter, I really think if this guy get 100% fit he would be one of the best midfielders of the past years. But then again we all know the curse of Inter gets to players sometimes.

Great job against Samp playing close to 80 minutes which is the important thing. He didn't score two easy chances and didn't take a good shot from outside when he could have, something I hope he brings soon to the table to be even more devastating.

He was great today against Sampdoria. He showed us what we've been missing in Valero. Knows how to keep the ball in tight spaces, runs, always tries to push forward and knows how to find his teammates.

A complete opposite to Valero.

please one more time...

anyway...

what a smart player...it shows he comes from another world...where football is actually done right...needs to be bought by any means necessary tbh, even without a possible CL qualification tbh. Which could be hard to do...

Honestly, I don't think he was great. He's an obvious improvement over Valero, undoubtedly.

He was very good. He plays inch perfect passes and keeps the ball really well.

He really started to tire in the last 10 minutes though.

It's really noticeable that he learnt basics about football in La Masia. Those short runs, short passes and intelligent plays are just La Masia as you can get.

What does our primavera teach? It seems so much more substandard than what they are doing there.

He's intelligent, simple as that. He can read the game very well and can play simple football. He reminds me of Thiago Motta when it comes to ball playing, he also can keep the ball very well.

So my point is, him being a creative player doesn't mean its because of La Masia. He is creative because of his proper using of brain and skills. Don't you guys remember Montoya? Wasn't he product of La Masia? He was pretty crap and lacked of football brains each time I have seen him play.

Every school has a drop out here and there, there are always those who gets grade A complemented with those who get grade B and C.

But our school is basically made up of drop outs, grade D footballers. Occasionally we get a grade C primavera player barely surviving/fitting to play Serie A.

I don't remember which goal it was but there was a pass where Rafinha passed it behind the defender and Perisic didn't even made the run but since Rafinha passed it led to Perisic actually trying to run to the ball which led to the goal.

Rafinha has been really important and is a BIG upgrade to what we've had. Just as how good Icardi became when everyone was working hard I think Rafinha will also get even better when people around him works hard and he can make these passes.

I was Cancelo, not Rafina. The goal was the backheel of Icardi.

Yup, that was Cancelo.

Rafinha did play a role in our 4th goal though, inch-perfect pass out to Candreva, and then the backheel that led to the goal.

He won the penalty as well.
