We should never give up on players if they flash potential. Some times it takes them a while.

Ricky always had what it takes. It was clearly evident from even his first few games for us.

He has finally been found his role and position. With the right guidance under Mazzarri, he's now shining and proving what he always had.

He can become very effective in the next few years, because imho Alvarez is a late bloomer.

or badly trained in the last 2 years with 4 incapable coaches to train him in a proper way or play him in the right way.
