Argentina looks like a team of destiny. They have improved with each game it seems. Really surprised by the way they handled Croatia today, just hope they can do the same if they draw France in the final. France is the team I hate to see win.

Absolutely deserving win for Argentina. Alvarez was bad ass and Lautaro , unfortunately, will be his sub in case they need it. They smashed Croatia. But I promised myself I wont cheer for any goal, Argentina or Croatia, in my mind I wanted both to progress. My brother and his wife cheered like crazy , I was complete pokerface.
Croatia deserved to have a chance to pay back for 2018 with how they played the whole tournament, but they deserved to lose because how they played this 90min. Brutal truth.

Man Lula would have been an improvement but they only did well with Conte in the league during one season., you would have been out in the group stage with them. I would have liked to see more of Orsic and Livaja even as starters but u said ur coach is trash.

Messi's assist was great, if this Argentina somehow ends up winning it then people can at least say he had a huge part in it, in fact he almost carries the entire team. Unlike CR7 who seemed to be more of a nuisance than anything else. Messi now has a real chance here to finally, officially reach Maradona levels of legendary status, if not more. Not necessarily for his goals because they were mostly PKs but for a whole lot else.

Congrats to any Argies on this forum, curious to see if Morocco can surprise once again tomorrow.

Croatia mostly played awful football, except against Canada, leading up to this game. A shame for Brozo and Modric at this will probably be their last WC playing at a high level but Argentina deserves it. They’ve steadily improved since the Saudi Arabia hiccup.

Whoever Argentina gets to play in the final, it's gonna be their hardest game of the tournament IMO. Luckily they have won Copa not so long ago, so they showed that they know how to win finals.

Messi has been immense. Even Gvardiol, that played a monster tournament until now, was lost against Messi.
