Fair enough.

Though I can see why Inter may be interested in Sanchez. Sanchez could be our Tevez, he has the talent. A bad 18 months at a dysfunctional club does not take away a decade of high level performance at 3 different leagues. If he is available for free/loan, and is motivated enough to take a wage reduction, I would be very happy to see him at Inter.

In a Conte formation Perisic might be dropped back to LWB, and Sanchez would be ideal as the 1-2 players supporting the striker upfront.

Some other rumours:

- Semedo might be in the transfer market this summer. If this is true, we should forget about Danilo, and go after this guy.

- Rumours about Partey + cash for Icardi. Not sure what to make of that.

- Chiesa and Barella to Inter rumours are intensifying. They are becoming quite believable now, and both these players would suit us either way whether we change our coach to Conte or stay with Spalletti. These 2 have been on top of my transfer wishlist for a year, so I am quite happy with this.

Difference is, Tevez has always been a boss, a complete forward. Sanchez was always overrated in my eyes. He was decent at Udine, OKish at best at barca (had one good saeason there, his last one), and was great at Arsenal only. 2 years without proper football, HUUUGE wage, soon to be 31, all in all, fuck him, we should stay the fuck away from him.

Great at Arsenal? Even Candreva would have decent numbers at Arsenal, where the whole team makes sure you get as many chances as possible.

He was the best at Chile. We missed out on him, no need for him to be the next Lavezzi. Wouldn't it be better to get some interesting younger (younger than him) players, so we can sell a player or two if needed be. With Sanchez, I doubt we could sell him anywhere.

Going from Perišić to Sanchez would be a silly downgrade.

We don't have enough money to fuck around like United does.

FIGC President Gabriele Gravina has announced that the summer transfer window in Serie A will open on the 1st of July 2019 and will end on the 2nd of September. The winter transfer window will begin on the 2nd of January 2020 and will end on the 31st of January 2020.

Milan close in on Sensi?

Milan are reportedly close to signing Sassuolo and Italy midfielder Stefano Sensi for just €13m.

Tuttosport reports Milan are ‘on the verge’ of formalising their deal for Sensi, who has already found a home in the area.

The newspaper explains the Rossoneri will pay just €13m for the 23-year-old as they will write off the €12m that Sassuolo owe for Manuel Locatelli.

That takes their total outlay to €25m, in turn meeting the Neroverdi’s asking price.

The former Cesena playmaker, meanwhile, would have agreed a five-year contract with the Diavolo, worth just under €2m a season.

Napoli agree Ilicic terms?

Napoli have reportedly agreed personal terms with Atalanta forward Josip Ilicic.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio’s website, Ilicic is Carlo Ancelotti’s ‘first objective’ for the summer and has already negotiated a three-year contract with Napoli, worth €2.2m a season.

Furthermore, the Partenopei are hopeful of agreeing a deal worth €12m, with the possibility of sending Roberto Inglese in the opposite direction.

Inglese has yet to play an official match for Napoli since arriving from Chievo in 2017 and has spent the past campaign on loan at Parma.

The Slovene, meanwhile, has scored 12 goals and provided seven assists for Atalanta, who are only one win away from a top-four finish in Serie A.

Di Marzio notes the 31-year-old’s future rests on whether his club qualify for the Champions League.
