Newcastle is utter shit. Freaking hilarious how Milan couldn't take advantage of it.

Still think Milan will qualify. Their group is overrated as fuck.

I heard a commentator calling it the toughest group in the last 10 CL seasons...reminded me of me thinking Guarin might be a top player, or Moratti being seduced by any Serie A in-form striker

I don't think Bilan get out of this group. They are a finesse team.

Maybe because there isn't any group of death, so they decided to give some more attention to this one because the rest of groups are kinda boring if I can say. But football works in a crazy way that any group can pull miracles. But I already predicted that Milan and PSG will go through. I just can't see Dortmund or Newcastle going ahead of other two, especially the latter one is utter shit, and Dortmund is a well known choker.

Milan may not make it after all. PSG is solid first. Dortmund may get pissed off and take care of Milan in Dortmund. And then, 2nd road game is in Paris. After 3 games they may end up with 1 point, maybe 2 at best.

Nmecha caught sleeping on that one. Vitinha and Hakimi were playing a 1-2 game with each other, and Nmecha lost track of Hakimi which allowed Vitinha to make the pass that led to the goal. Good team play from PSG as well, definitely needs to be said, Dortmund's backline got spread out on that one.

This has been discussed in the Bundesliga thread, but Dortmund is just so uninspiring. Nobody expects them to go to Paris and try to take the game to PSG, and I'm not ridiculing them on that basis, but by their standards this Dortmund team sucks. Not that I'm complaining. But if Bayern is vulnerable through their own attempts at self-sabotage, Dortmund doesn't have a team capable of beating them out in the league at all.

We have discussed it extensively on Bundesliga thread. They could defend well last night for a change but they couldn't do anything in attack. And it wasn't because of PSG quality. They also struggled to create against Bochum and Koln and counted on old guard to beat Freiburg. It's a general problem of Dortmund this season. They can't create chances. The losses of Bellingham and Guerreiro were too big and they weren't properly replaced. Bellingham, apart from a leading figure, was also their main creator in midfield. Now that he's gone there's no one to do the job there. Brandt may have a good final pass and decent runs with the ball but he isn't a creator. Nmecha may be a decent player defensively but he has his limitations as you saw last night. Even at his best at Lepzig Sabitzer has never been a creator. So there's a big gap there. They also miss Guerreiro big time who was the only other player who could bring creativity to the squad. He left and was replaced by the more defensive Bensebaini who is defensively solid but leaves a lot to be desired in attack.

It's only a matter of time before Terzic gets fired but it won't solve their problems. Squad is poorly built. This is probably the worst Dortmund side in post Klopp.

God I hate English commentators so much. They were legitimately saying trying to claim that the Milan vs Newcastle were evenly matched. Regardless, terrible finishing by Milan

That's a horrible result. Milan home game against the weakest and the least experience of three (on paper, Newcastle is pot4). Cannot be worse.

They might not even join EL.

I only followed the game by looking at fotmob, but what I've seen is a complete and utter domination by Milan. I'm astonished they didn't manage to score a goal.

Milan may have dominated but some of their players looked spent and lacking. Playing like that they will never qualify over PSG and Dortmund. With a draw at home against Newcastle id argue Milan may even finish 4th.

Milan reminds me of our draw against Slava Prague (1-1?). Hope they end up 3rd.

We were horrible in the match and got lucky to get a draw with a deflected shot. Milan was all over Newcastle in that match. And Newcastle and Slavia Prague are nothing alike in terms of quality and wealth.

Dang it! The Bayern vs ManU is airing at the same time as Inter's match. Was kinda looking forward to the announcers pissing and moaning while making excuses for ManU, oh well. ;)

Lazio give a warm welcome to Diego Simeone who won the 1999/00 Scudetto for the club.

“Rome and Lazio will always be your home...

Welcome back Cholo, our champion of Italy”.

Milan can easily win away against Newcastle. There is also no guarantee that Borussia will get full 6 points vs Englishmen. Milan can finish second.
