For him is better to play instead to warm up the bench at Inter. Even, the best is to be tried of different positions, just to get some awareness what to do as mezzala, SS or AM, and at age of 21-23 to come back at home. I don't think that he has chance right now considering the competition in the squad.

GdS: Inter evaluate the Argentinian on loan at Monza at €30m.

Many clubs have started to zoom in on Carboni to ask for information. In Italy, Atalanta follow him for example. But especially Fiorentina who have never removed him from the targeted list. Not even after the attempt to sign him for €20m in January was rejected. Also watch out for Premier League teams and one in particular in Aston Villa.
May the highest bidder win

Even though I like this fella I’d sell him for 30mln. €. It’s a mass of money for someone not proved at all. I’d take that and pour it into Guirassy (20mln. Release clause). He is exactly the type of striker we need in order to become invincible.

insert Carboni in either Gudmunnson or Zirkzee transfer to lower their lower and buy Carboni back in year 2 or year 3.

Buyback clause doesn't work in this case. We never have 35m+ cash. Unless a big name is sacrificed, then why make that "trade" in the first place?

Value of Carboni books-wise is his status as academy player, ie. he doesn't have basically any book value. Meaning all the money coming in is pure plusvalenza which is the best kind of incoming money books-wise. All that money would we pure profit. Let's say we sold Pavard this summer for 40m, we would get profit of 40m - 24m => 16m (40m transfer fee - remaining book value). Compare that to Carboni, if we sold him for 25m. That would be 25m profit, more than Pavard even though the transfer would be less.

So there is a bit of incentive to always rather sell your youth players than actually use them. :D

But we arent selling Carboni for cash. His +valenza is coming straight to Genoa in exchange for another overated-value and add 35m burden on our books in the next 5 years. And we lose forever a diamond asset.

Our finance has been fine enough. Lets care less on short term balance book for FFP sake and start building our future.

Short-term balancing books is specifically for UEFA FFP among other things.

What this means is, if we want to improve our squad this summer more than what we've done so far, we need to do some balancing.

Hope we loan him to Monza for another season and bring him back as a key piece for the first team. I'd rather sacrifice Fabbian due to our now congested center midfield.

lets be honest. Inter will never have a sum of funds to get either two fan favorites this season, Gudmunson or Zirkzee without Carboni inserted in the deal. Carboni is useful to lower 50M asking price from either Gudmunson or Zirkzee.

It would've been pretty sweet if we had the option to recall him now and start him the remaining games.

Ehh I mean 30mil is fair but I’d be very hesitant to do it. I was okay with selling Casadei because the price was good and, while very promising, he doesn’t have the sort of characteristics which are incredibly rare in a footballer. Carboni is the type of youngster I could see us kicking ourselves for selling. Maybe he never hits his true potential but there’s a huge potential upside there. And he’s balling out with just his left foot. Imagine if he starts using his right foot too
