Yep tie over, season over. Horribly result, after doing well in an evenly contested first half. I liked the 4-3-3, gave us more width & it helped out our FBs more than the diamond. Why Mancini suddenly switched to 3-5-2 is beyond me, it was the first & pivotal mistake of the match. He did the same thing against Fiorentina, needless switching formation at half time. Maddening & really disappointed performance from Mancini, because we fucking had this & then he pussied out & fucked it all up. I love these defense tactically changes & subs, & then the goals start flying in lolz.

I get that it wasn't very likely to happen, but don't you get that hope is the last thing we have. I mean even that dies eventually, but still it's the only thing we have.

To quote one of my favourite games: "Hope is what we fight with when all else is lost" I know some people like to be the realistic guys, but let the others be and don't just stomp and crush on their hopes.

Personnally I never believed that we would achieve CL-football, but even now I have hope that we will turn this tie around and win the UEL and go into CL like that.

this is my personal biggest disappointment by mancini so far, because we had a golden chance to beat a team, that is beyond our level currently.

So..

Yesterday, I only slept for 2 hours and woke up 6 in the morning. Then I decided to finish a lot of stuff during the day only to find out that most of our damn stores open their businesses late. Got lost a bit in the area but eventually got out of the Kuwaiti version of Gotham, then came the suffocating traffic that lasted for 30 minutes. I got back home only to find myself yawning my ass off before the game. Opened the thread saw the predictions and usual memes, then inexplicably said "fuck it" and went to bed 20 minutes before kick off.

Woke up and I turned off my phone's internet connection to download the game on the laptop. Made breakfast in this lovely Friday (holiday here), sat down and saw our first 6 minutes, Palacio scored and I did the :slick: dance, then came that corner... Googeled the final result and closed the damn vlc player and started writing this shit.

I didn't even like the Mancini hiring but people need to stop blaming coaches. Inter has had coaches from all shapes and sizes still the same shit over and over again. Maybe the player aren't as good as some think. I know I know but market value.
