This is taking way too long.

Last time in recent history this happened, it was with Modric. Back then even the Croatian players at Inter had inside info that we will never have or know (since they put a pic of all of them together writing that one of them is missing, implying that Modric will arrive soon), bbut we all saw how that went. Over dragged, over speculated... We need to close this deal very quick, like yesterday. Or even the day before yesterday...

The Modric situation was very diffrent. Real don't wanted to talk with Inter and Modric made nothing, he could have said fuck off to Perez.
It's normal that it takes a litle bit time, we are talking about a great player. In my oppinion it was clever to start from 12M offer, if we would give them 20M they would ask more, we already know how it works. If Tottenham want's to come to a conclusion they don't risk to ask more then 20M now.

I'm in no rush to complete this transfer. Good things come to those who wait. That said it's a minor miracle we're so close to getting a player of Eriksen's caliber. A clear sign we're headed in the right direction.

My only worry is where exactly is he going to play and would he be as effective in a CM spot and not as a free-roaming AM. Maybe we'll switch to 3-4-1-2?

Hopefully seeing our midfield get completely shutdown and neutralized to the point where we had to resort to cross, cross, cross, cross football will have an effect on our management.

Eriksen would have scored today, at last 1 goal. Specialy that free kick where Gabriel gave so much space to shot...Sensi shot was terrible. And generelly, seems like Sensi is not the same after this injuries. Maybe he needs some game, i don't know...
