I actually think he’s done a little better with this in recent matches. He’s still not exactly Lautaro but he actually did press against Lazio and Atalanta. It needs to become the norm though.Agree he needs more playing time. But there's also one simple trick to show his worth: defend. Even Alexis and Dzeko run like mad, not to mention Perisic. They are all >30 years old.
Correa on the other hand jogs around like he's in Central Park. When we lose the ball, he'd just jay-walk and expect his teammate to pick him up again. Sorry this is not how it works in Italy and of all people he should know it better.
When Eriksen joined us, he had more or less the same problem. Later on he tried to cover more ground despite being ineffective. But it doesn't matter. It sends a message to the coach and your team. I'm not saying Correa is an arrogant player but he needs to show he cares on the pitch.
+1 just wanted to type the same commentHe looked really good against Roma, it’s such a shame he got injured and now it feels like he needs to start again.
Still was my last choice for 30m in the summer, but it’s done now.
