Totally man. When i first heard of Lazzari, i posted this.

Spending 20m+ on Lazzari is a fucking joke. Lazio are desperate to sell him because he doesn't suit Sarri and the guy only has speed. The rest of his attacking game is just decent while in defense he's utter shit. Last season he had less attacking contribution than Matteo fucking Darmian. There are much better options if we are willing to spend over 20m for post Hakimi

Anyway, the report is from Il Messagero who are extremely close to Lotito so this is probably Lazio setting the price.

yes in that sense, Fulham-Chelsea refers as West London derby but they are in SW postcode which is South West.
