These deals sound typical Marotta-esque. There must be some negotiations underground to avoid auction, before every teams know we just collected a lot of cash.

Rumours about Inter wanting to get Tagliafico intensives, at least in Holland. Apparently he will only cost 12M. I'm a big fan of Tagliafico but in a 4-3-3 not as a wingback in a 3-5-2. Technically and defensively he is good but he doesn't have the ability to dribble past a man or anything like that. He's playing good attacking wise because at Ajax he can use the overlaps to create dangerous moments. But he still is much much better than Emerson for example. He also has an Italian passport so he wouldn't take the non-eu slot.

A week ago, there were rumours in Argentina Zanetti had already contacted Tagliafico about a potential move to Inter. I have the same fear about Tagliafico as well. Good option for a back 4 but i am afraid he would be insufficient in a back 3. I am afraid he would more suited for the lcb role than wingback role. I'd rather go for Firpo if Barca are willing to let him go on loan.

The German reports insist Eintracht Frankfurt have set a price-tag of €20-25m for Kostic.

However, Sportitalia assure there is only interest in the player and he is by no means a primary target, let alone agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri. kay:

Tempting price for sure, but Marotta can do an even better late-summer job for Palmieri

Given that we have a debt of 30 million on Hakimi, his sale looks pointless. Royal and Kostic would be worth 50. We still have a hole of 70m, we'll have to sell Lautaro as well.
It's a question of which is better:
