The victim alleges that the incident happened at Hakimi’s home in the Parisian suburbs while his partner Hiba Abouk was on holiday in Dubai with the pair’s children. They have since separated because of the allegation, according to reports in France.

Hakimi is married to Hiba Abouk, with whom he has two children, but rumours have circulated that the pair have split. Abouk was thought to be in Dubai at the time with their children.

Idk how this works in French(or Morroco) law but here in Croatia he wouldn't get away with this. Everything what they earned by working during marriage is splitting 50-50 between former wife and husband. Idk the details but I'm sure his mother didnt signed for Inter, PSG and didnt earn money playing for them. Money that he earned and transferred to a third party(mother) through a contract or legal transaction, so that he could save his ass in situation like this, or property bought by that money, can be annulled and returned to his property, in order to determine what constitutes marital assets.
