The last thing we needed was bad atmosphere in the club...

the last thing we needed was rocchi tbh

Now we REALLY REALLY NEED Rocchi.

Unless Strama is able to put down his personal differences with Cassano and choose him regardless of what happened.

This was bound to happen tbh, a friendly relationship between coach and player is never healthy, cause when it's time to be pro and serious this bromance shit doesn't work and altercations like this happen. They need to keep a professional relationship, I always thought its really weird seeing Cassano and Strama joking and celebrating (derby) like they were two friends, it's just not right.

I think it's pumped up from the media tbh...

I mean, there might have been some argument or something, it happens all the time, maybe it was little bigger than usual. And now they make it huge. You'll see them tomorrow hug.

I'm shocked. Cassano causing a scene? Truly I am shocked. Love the fucking guy as a footballer but he has several wires touching inside his head that shouldn't be tbh

Now I remember why we passed on Cassano all those chances we got to sign him.

It was one isolated incident, he's had no behavioural issues since joining us so far, let's not all condemn him for something which is probably relatively minor but which the media are probably choosing to beat up because he's Cassano.

Hope you are right. He seemed mature compared years past, but these headlines is the last thing we need right now.

I honestly cannot imagine what could cause a dispute anyway. He has been getting more than his share of playing time and has achieved all his bonus targets.

People who have not coached will have a harder time understanding this. I mentioned this when we signed Cassano and I saw the way he treat Strama like a friend or a team mate more than a coach. You can't get to comfortable around certain people, because an inch becomes a mile. You can joke around with your team here and there but there must be a clear line of respect. Strama let Cassano blur that and this was just a matter of time. Bet he told him something simple to like "you will start from the bench on Sunday" and Cassano was like "no I'm playing". Fight started.

Well I haven't coached :p It's just logical, this is the case in any type of work.

Imagine you being friends with your boss, one moment you're joking around having fun and at some point he'll give you directives more or less severely (he is your boss after all). This is completely normal but it's hard to accept when you consider this guy as your friend, that's why it simply doesn't work.

Mourinho did it, but he is so boss that he actually got it to work by finding a perfect balance between friend and coach, which is one of the reasons of his success.
